The developers of this game have sold out. I have enjoyed this game for many years and when I saw this update I was excited. When I opened RoujeBall I was horrified. It's filled with ads and it ruined the original game. Put it back now!!
UPDATE.. U CAN GET THE ORIGINAL BACK!!!1. Delete the newer, undesired version of RoujeBall on the iPod or iPad by touching the icon until apps start to flash on the device screen and then touch the "X" on RoujeBall to delete it.

2. Plug the iPod or iPad into the Mac.

3. Open iTunes

4. In iTunes, click on the iPod or iPod listed under "DEVICES" to select it.

5. In iTunes, click on "Apps" in the header of the device window at right.

6. Scroll down to find the name of RoujeBall , which will have the box to the left of its name unselected (which means it was deleted on the device).

7. Click that empty box to select it with a checkmark showing.

8. Click "Apply" at the lower right in the iTunes device window to restore the previous version to the device.

9. Wait for the sync to complete.

The older version will be restored on the iPod or iPad device.

I like this game lvl 5 is easy once you figure it out cute game but I would never pay $2 for it 

Lvl 1:sad if u can't pass 
Lvl 2: right after the ramp jerk left and at the ball be very careful move along with it and the moving platform go left and right while you are waiting for it
Lvl 3:jump very slowly and hold the left button the whole time be very careful with the thorns
Lvl 4:it is very momentary I can't help u that much once u start don't stop
Lvl 5:hit the button to destroy the wall (obiously) the as soon as u hit the button get ready to jump as soon as the ball hits that I'd say is the the prettymuch only way to win don't try any other it prob won't work I've tried all even jumping and bouncing up the Board
Lvl 6:Very momentary stay close to the ramp then once u hit the boards once u touch them without jumping as soon as you touch it u r done jump as soon as u touch the surface then it is easier if you let it take you past the tube and onto the surface if the checkpoint u can figure it out past there
Lvl 7:doin it now wow this is hard lol
And stop whineing about how hard it is if a 10yo can do it so can you

I looked at my phone today and could not believe what I saw. FINALLY my dream had come true. More levels for my favorite and most underrated app Red Ball! I have enjoyed playing this game for half a decade and could not express my joy of seeing more levels, especially after all this time.

Unfortunately, this update takes away everything that makes Red Ball unique. Red Ball was an app that challenged me and kept me entertained for 5 years, this is a feat no other app has achieved. To see it be stripped away of everything that made it perfect, fills my soul with overwhelming sadness. I am now left with non-repetitive, ad-filled, boring, garbage on my phone. If I wanted that I would have just downloaded Red Ball 2 or Red Ball 3.

R.I.P my most cherished app Red Ball, you are gone but not forgotten. I weep for RoujeBall Store and I weep for humanity.

Ok, I like the whole idea of RoujeBall , the controls are simple to figure out, but the game doesn't work well. It is constantly skipping, and I have to pay to instantly play levels 8 and above. But I can still play them if I beat level 7 then 8 and so on. I always have a hard time getting past the end of level 10, but when I do, level 11 is constantly skipping and just moving in slow motion. I give my iPod a break for like 5 minutes then I go back to level 11. I try to play level 11 it still skips, and then after about three minutes, RoujeBall crashes and I have to go back to level 7. At first I thought it was just my iPod, but my friend Sage has the same game and hers does that too. Please fix this problem. Then maybe I could actually get to level 12.

The computer version everything is free. Here you have to pay money to play just 10 levels. When I finished the free levels I just uninstalled the game. I wish my mom would let me buy more levels but I bought a lot of things lately 😢.

Literally nobody likes this game. I mean there are some people but they just don’t know what good games are.

You might as well make players pay 8$ to even play the free levels as it is not even worth downloading it for free just to play 7 levels. Just make it 1.99 to buy all the levels

This was a very fun app, and I wanted to play more of it. When I tapped on the “Purchase Levels” icon for the first time, I was hesitant and wanted to buy the Pro version, which had all of the levels. When I found out it was all 3D and that I couldn’t switch to 2D, I went back to RoujeBall to purchase the levels. But for some reason, it wouldn’t load. I tried the second world canceled the purchase option, and now I can’t buy THOSE levels. This glitch made me very sad, and what’s worse is that restarting RoujeBall , shutting down my device or re-uploading RoujeBall didn’t fix the problem. This glitch needs to be fixed, but overall, great game.

This preview was okay I guess but the problem foe was the fact that it is too short it was good because it was hard and I hope the pro versio is even harder. To get past level six you need to tap the jump button right before you hit the dropping ledge. And I mea right before. Then in the air position yourself right over the second dropping ledge and etc... Then once you funnelcdown the shute, hit the checkpoint and build up speed and jump onto the spinning wheel. Then you need to jump right away to the second. You might over jump and go to the third either way just keep jumping until you get to the end. Hope that helped! ^-^. And people who are freaking out about not getting to level eight it is because this is not the full version this is the lite version you need to buy the full version to get levels eight to whatever

This is one of my favorite red ball games. I think there should a world 5, or maybe it’s already being worked on, though if not, there should be a world 5 with more playground like levels with no danger anywhere and there’s a lot of movable things everywhere with cool looking platform shapes. There could be a level where there’s a lot of trampolines, and a maze level, and a level with some cannons, and a level with a giant downward hill that flings the red ball really fast and far. And the last level could be everything put into a little level in level 16. I’d play that all the time for years

Ok, this game is flat out AWESOME! The controls are smooth, the interface is clear and the game is fun! Now why do I give it 4 stars instead of 5 if the game is so awesome? That's because you have to pay for more levels. If you only get half of the game, you should call it LITE and make the rest of the game the full version. Although I don't think the extra levels should cost anything, anyway. If you just make the rest of the levels free, it's a 5 star game, no question.

Along time ago I wrote a review 5 stars saying this iss the shogun of all games. Know that I've beaten the whole game and I'm waiting for RB2 it's four stars. I few minor adjustments:

1) On level 13 it crushes alot when u get the little green button
2) On level 11 it gets really slow when u jump on the grass part…hard to explain sorry
3) paying 1.99 for the 10 additional levels is a bit ripe of. Plus those levels are really hard to beat hard not impossible, If u lower it to 99 cents I would appretiant it
4) I think it would be cool if in red ball 2 we could have a sudden death territory where, If u have wifi, can play all the levels against a friend who ever beats them first wins, that can be in options; play, credits, something, V.S's
5) get a move on RB2!!!!!!!

I still play RB1 even though I beat the levels I hope u get a new 17 or even 20 levels out soon please read all of my suggestions!!!

I've passed all the levels. (By the way there is a cheat that lets you play the locked levels for free! Click on the locked level you want, it will take you to the purchase levels page. Then go back to the menu, go to the levels, and the one you clicked on last time will be selected. Click the purchase additional levels bar down at the bottom of the screen and it will just let you play it!) Little crash problem with RoujeBall though...

This game rocks! I love it soooooo much! But... I do have a few suggestions, if you guys ever come out with red ball two....
1. A high scores chart! I'm really competitive so If I had a score chart based on time or something I would play non stop!
2.if you make a red ball two please make it cheaper, not everyone can, if your a kid, ask their parents to buy RoujeBall for 1.99. I promise you, you will get so many more takers if you make it 99 cents!
3. Fix the glitches!!!!! Level 11 was kinda jerky, the train sped up while the ball slowed down and stopped and went again and stopped and went again and so on and so forth! Plus, sometimes it doesn't register when I press the jump button!

So yeah. I know other people have these problems, I read the reviews! Please fix it! It's my favorite game! I'm excited for reD ball two as long as it is worth my money!!!!!

That's right. The nazi's. the number one power in Poland in the 1800's. People like them keep downloading apps and giving bad reviews because "the controls stink." I say it's free like japan. Therefore the only valid arguement for giving RoujeBall any less than 4 stars is flat out wrong. If it's too hard, get better. If your pencil sharpener pussies are to weaksauce to win. Give up and forget about it. Don't slam on this creator and how bad the controls are. Grow some!!!!

Red Ball GLITCH!!!
Ok so a couple of days ago and when I was playing Red Ball, I ACCIDENTALLY clicked on PURCHASE ADDITIONAL LEVELS. and wen I pressed back or went back to the menu, I PRESSED PLAY. Then I pressed the purchased additional level button but that supposed to say play level_... And it brought me to level 16! Wth(what the heck)?!?!?! So next after that I did a little experiment. I did wat I accidentally did again only pressed a diff level. And it worked. I clicked on level 11 and it brought me to level 11!!!!
So therefore folks, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PURCHASE THE OTHER RED BALL ADDITIONAL LEVELS... JUST USE THIS SIMPLE GLITCH AND THERE YOU GOT IT!!!

Wow! I saw Red Ball 4! Before playing, I had play this game! Too many levels! My dad said that he is not paying the rest of the levels for JUST 1 DOLLAR! 1 dollar isn’t that much. You can play 8 levels for free. After playing all levels I am playing Red Ball 2!! At least make the entire World 1 free! Why is this game 3.3 stars? This should be 5 stars! If you win, you get a ad. Please make it so you get an ad ONLY if you beat 2 levels. At least this game is good! NOW HAVE A BAD DAY MICHEAL FRIEDMAN!!!!! 😡😡😡 Wait no- Good day Micheal Friedman! So do everyone else! One question for Micheal Friedman: Are you going to keep adding levels to make this game have ♾ levels?

This is one of the few games which I have gotten off of RoujeBall Store which is genuinely challenging. Most gamers should breeze through the first few levels, like I did, but when you buy the rest of the levels, then the game really picks up speed. Though many have complained about the controls, I found them simple and easy to use, and those who don't like them can turn on the tilt option. The difficulty is just right, hard enough to make you want to swear at the screen but easy enough that you will want to keep playing. Overall, this is one of the best independent games in the store, and I highly recommend it.

I got RoujeBall many years ago and it took me a while to beat it. They changed the controls on me and it messed me up at first but then I got used to it. Now, I can guarantee that I have beat this game more times than anyone else on earth. Whenever I'm bored I take out my phone or IPad and play it. I've learned all the tricks in this game and can beat all the levels in around five minutes sometimes I can even beat it without dying at all. I'm the greatest red ball player in the world and I hope that my talents will be showed to the world. In short, get this game it will change your life! You will want to play it every day for the rest of your life and then when you die you will want to come back as a ghost and play it for all eternity, or at least that's what I'm gonna do! God bless the creators of this game and I hope that there will be more apps like this in the future.

good news:I really love this game it's soo addicting and a lot of fun(I have the pro version and this one) I totally recomend the pro version to those of u with two dollars to spare. on the other hand....

bad news: $2?!?!?! for 17 levels?!?! you gotta be kidding me!!!! that's the pro version guys and get this: 17 levels in all, 7 you have already played:that leaves 10 levels. one of the levels is a total rip off and if you buy it you'll understand so that leaves 9 levels. nine levels for $2! chew on that for a second....

understand now? rip off right? on the bright side the games are really fun and stuff and I don't really regret buying it but the price is just ALL WRONG!! make it $.99!!! and 9 levels doesn't keep many of us busy for 4 months by the way! when is red ball two coming out!!!!!!???? please post it in the progress update I check every day and there's nothing new it says "making good progress"....

really?! so basically I recomend the pro verison but the price should come down for super flippin stinkin sure!!

You only get 8 levels then you have to pay 1.99 to get 9 more levels then you have to pay again for even more levels and it charged me 1.99 when I was about to delete the game and I didn’t even click the purchase levels button. Please don’t buy this game.

It seems like every level ends with a 30 second ad regardless of the length of the level. Ad, level, ad, level, ad, level. Kinda reminds me of alternating feet in hopscotch but instead each jump is interrupted by a commercial break. I just wanted to play a game with the funny saxophone music.

Game is trash. U can’t even play levels 9+ without paying, and u get ads after every level. Idk why this game has over 3 stars. It should be half a star for how bad this is. Also if u switch the controls, it goes back after u die. Trash game. Don’t waste ur time with it.

Only reason this game has more than one star is because everyone wrote reviews like 10 years ago.

I get how I can finally play levels 13-17, but I have to pay to get levels 9+?? I don’t think that’s fair! Online, the levels are all free.

Second problem, I use my left hand to move the character in games like this, and I use my right hand to jump. When I swap the controls to that setting, it goes back to the other setting, which I am not used to!

Last problem, there are WAY too many ads. It’s like you’re desperate for me to download that junk.

I am not 100% satisfied with my download. I hope you read through this and understand how I am pretty angry about these three problems! One problem takes off one star, and that’s that!

I love this game but I have a suggestion make all the levels free because that’s what most red ball games are supposed to be like and if you do that you could not have that much people to like your game and some may even start deleting it

I remember playing this when I was about 5 and it was really fun but I just hope that the devs hear this: I understand that you guys need to make money, but we can’t do anything. There are 8 available levels and the rest cost money. Please make them free, or at least 8 more free levels. Thank you.
