1 year agoHi, I downloaded audio memo to try it out. Then it charged me the annual fee of around 30 dollars. I would have keep trying it weekly>. now i'm finding that its not what i need. I did a recording for 50 minutes and need the whole 50 minute transcibed, but it stops transcribing after about a minute. How can i get my money back? or is the app just not working correcly? Please contactme

Atrocious user experience — can’t transfer memos off of ipad
Short version: You can’t transfer audio files larger than 500kb out of the app unless you buy the pro version. There are several problems with the UI. If you try to transfer a memo larger than 500kb... you just can’t. Unless you pay for the pro version, seemingly. But given how terrible the free version is, I’m not going to chance it. If you try to email a memo, you get a message telling you to change your email settings to allow sending a memo larger than 500kb. But there is no such setting. When I tried to send via Messages, the UI just completely fails. Adding a new recipient results in a blank row in the UI and it’s not clear how to proceed from there. It’s just astonishing that it could be so hard to transfer a file. I literally might have to play the recording from my ipad into the mic of a separate device in order to transfer the file. This after a half hour searching the web for solutions — I really tried. Totally ridiculous.
