This has always been a solid app I go to it for all conversions. Mainly for my marine tank measurements everything in litters and a quick reference to gallons this is the way to go. Today went to go check a currency and every time I open Units it crashes immediately. I tried to restart my iPad as well as a hard reset. Still same issue I uninstalled and reinstalled same issue. Please fix and I will give back my 5 star rating.

I found myself using Units less and less often as it was easier to just use Google. But I have a frequent need to convert Fahrenheit to Celsius, and it looked like the Watch app was perfect for that. Unfortunately, you need to have the watch paired with your phone to do any conversion, even one that is a fixed formula that should never need a network request of any kind. Frustrating.

It’s definitely useful, no doubt about that, it just is different to find anything you need. I suggest a search bar be added at the top to find this app of measurement and take you to where you need.

I really like Units, but there is always something missing. Would it be possible for the use to create a custom list and conversation factor. For me that would be even more useful.

It’s very easy to use and has lots of optional this app in many areas, even some fairly unusual ones. But I can’t help but notice that although men’s shoe sizes are included, women’s are not. Did you completely forget half the population? Really?

I tried the free version and liked Units. So to have more slots on my watch I bought Units . But it turns out it doesn't scroll the list on my watch. I can only access four top ones. Major glitch I think.

Wonderful app. I wish I could reorder the listing of the measures to put my favorites at the top. Also, it converts currency too, which is great. But I’ve never known when or if currency conversion rates are updated. Five stars for active currency updates!

Have been using Units for nearly as long as it’s been out. Primarily as a ruler. Even though it was stuck in the old sizing, really liked that function. I know it must be difficult to address all the screen sizes now, but will definitely tip when that’s restored.

This is a very useful app with lots of conversion types included. I frequently use the the Computer Data & Computer Data Flow Rate sections.

I had Units on iPhone 3Gs and then haven’t used iPhones till the 11 and only just now re-discovered it on the 15. I am so glad Units is still available! There is nothing like it when you need it.

This is one fantastic app. It can convert almost any measurement that one can think of (I.e. Do you know how many cubic inches your new 3.0 liter car engine is?) Units will figure it out for you long before you can begin to find the formula. Best of all, it's totally FREE!

Since I first wrote the above review, I still find this to be one of if not the best and most useful apps ever offered. IT'S TOTALLY FREE & it really works on most any conversion that most can think of. If you paid for another "Conversion App" then you OVERPAID! I haven't found any app that works as well or is as easy to use as this one. Do yourself a huge favor and download it right away. You will find yourself using it often. To the writers of Units I wish to say, "Many thanks for a most useful, accurate, and free app!"

Congratulation for upgrade 3.0 it’s been a pleasure to see that these application has been updated since many years. I already support this. Congrats and keep this up to date.

I’ve had it on my phone for as long as I can remember and it has served me well over the years. Having a converter app that works without needing an internet browser or data connection is insanely handy in all types of situations. Recent updates have only made Units even better (I’m a sucker for a good dark mode).

Hello! I’m writing this from the US, where we have weird this app (I know, I know). Is there any way you could add the unit “acre-feet” to your liquid volume list? I work in water resources in the Desert Southwest and we regularly use acre-feet for calculating water pumping volumes for regulatory compliance. It’s an annoying unit but it’s way we’ve got here, where we seem to actively fear the metric system. Sigh.

Even better now in its current iteration. My only complaint is that its name brings up all the crappy ad-inundated conveters and so is difficult to share with others.

As an engineer, do-it-yourself mechanic, and outdoorsman I have used many unit converters over the past 10+ years. This converter contains one of the greatest list of categories of this app (if not the most extensive listing) out there. The types of this app can be edited if you only want to see certain conversions. Units is definitely worth using and paying for Units (yes I bought it, price is fair). For example many converters do not have “Torque” conversions…. Units does have it!! Thank You!!

Everyone who really likes Units and left one star because of technical issues that they more than likely were unaware of, are a bunch of crybabies! And the other crybabies whining about the ruler, come on now give me a break, get a ruler this is a converter app! The only person that has a valid complaint is of the climber and I hope they fix the issue for you other than that this is a pretty good app. I have been using it for years and it hasn't disappointed me yet. To be honest the ruler is kind of stupid. but maybe that's because I have measuring tapes in at least three of the rooms in my house

An affordable premium price, no monthly fee, tons of categories, no (annoying to me) roller for converting single this app, and (my favorite feature) fun/educational descriptions! I would rate Units higher if I could.

Clean and simple unit converter app updated for the modern iphone software look. works offline, and there a hidden conversions that you can find by selecting the edit button. PLEASE ADD SEARCH FEATURE!

I have been using the iPhone since the first model was released, and Units is one of the first I installed when Units Store opened to third party developers. I've consistently used it since then, and over the years it's become the only app I use for any conversions. Currency is great for travel and online shopping, and all the other conversions will come in handy at the most unexpected times. It's also useful to have the ruler for getting a rough idea of size. (I'm not good at visualizing 3", for example.)

Units had some technical issues a while back, but they seem to be resolved. Despite Units not having an update since 2015, it still works great on my 6S+ running the most current OS. I hope the developer hasn't abandoned Units , because I've never found one that's so simple, comprehensive and affordable. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they'll come back if needed. Until Units is definitely abandoned and no longer working, I highly recommend Units. It's been on the main screen of every single iPhone I've owned
