Not as good as I thought

I think i may be experiencing some bugs, but my game doesn’t have any sound. I’ve checked the settings and both sound & music are at 100% and my volume on my device is turned up completely but i still hear nothing. i also feel the game could be a bit smoother. the camera angles aren’t how i’d like them to be. i struggle focusing on my character even when i set the eye near the buttons to focus on nobody. My character runs super slow and overall the game just feels a bit complicated.. i’m not happy because i enjoyed school days and was stocked when i heard there would be a 3D game. please do something :(
I Bought the upgrade but didn’t get the benefits

So far the game has been fun to play and so I decided on buying the upgraded version. But once I bought it and went back to play I was greeted with a ad as I was going to a different area in the map. I thought it was just a bug in the game and so I closed the app and reopened it and tried to go to a different area of the map and was once again greeted with a ad. I’ve also realized that I’m not able to change my characters life or family. I just want some help to figure out how I’ve just spent 4 dollars on this game and I’m not receiving the benefits.

it’s a good game but one thing that bothers me is the awkward camera angle it’s almost impossible to play and honestly stops me from playing the game half of the time i try and walk i can hardly see where i’m going or what’s in front of me like for example if i get a random interaction then i’m stuck with a awkward camera angle that pans farther and farther away from me it would be better if i could just see myself from behind without having to press the eye feature every few seconds MDICKIE i love all your games but this one is pretty annoying i’m a big fan and have been playing your games for years and grew up playing your games no hate just a feature that annoys me bad. keep doing what you do
