Hi There I unfortunately downloaded the Crest defender app, and cancelled it during the 14 day free trial period. An amount of AUD 12.99 is being deducted form my bank account weekly. I have in vain tried to contact crest defender to cancel and get my money back. I realise I have probably lost the money they have taken, but how to I stop the scam app. Cheryl Farrar
