Great remote car management app, works perfect for my Nissan

I was contacted a second time by email Mansplaining to me how it should work and telling me basically well the Ford focus will only work in Europe. OK well fine then then explain that in CarPlaySyncConnect . Why not explain while the other two vehicles will not work in the US? Completely failed to address that problem. Only wanted to address the one thing they could actually sold. Come on! Why not actually try to fix CarPlaySyncConnect ? This is pathetic. I would go negative stars if I was allowed.

Three different vehicles 2014 Buick Regal 2017 Ford Focus 2021 Ford Escape Doesn’t work for any of them although app says they’re all compatible. ***I was contacted and I’d take that last step away if I could. CarPlaySyncConnect LITERALLY has a list to search for car compatibility… why the heck do I need to contact you (the developer)? I will NOT fill out your form so you can have allllllll my information… No. just no. Please refer back to YOUR OWN APP…. That section where you can check for the year, make, and model of these vehicles (you’ll find they’re all there) says CarPlaySyncConnect should work… it doesn’t.

The best technology is current. I adore that Car Play Sync & Connect app securely stores all of my car's information. I recently purchased a Mercedes, and it only took a few minutes for my car to be connected to CarPlaySyncConnect and begin receiving all of its capabilities. I can open my car, manage the audio, and even get a warning if the engine shuts off suddenly. It took no time at all to add my car to the garage. CarPlaySyncConnect 's functionality in drive mode is incredible. I genuinely love CarPlaySyncConnect!

It is very easy to pick my vehicle and add information. I like the lock/unlock feature incase I can’t find my keys right away. The temperature inside and outside the vehicle is my favorite feature because it is very helpful when you have little kids or babies. Some of the features like tire pressure are already in my vehicle and I get a month email with that information, but I have access to them right away with CarPlaySyncConnect.

CarPlaySyncConnect is a scam. You pay to get absolutely nothing that doesn’t already come as a basic thing on your phone. Navigation is just google maps, phone is just your phone in different format, music is just Apple Music. No option to actually sync your car to your phone. All I was able to do was manually add my Cadillac to CarPlaySyncConnect and then nothing. Absolutely NO options but to remove car, read about app bull crap or contact them. Also to be in demo or driving mode with does nothing but but your basic phone apps on one screen, which has nothing to do with car that is supposed to be linked but can’t link because there isn’t even an option to link a vehicle.

CarPlaySyncConnect feels very intuitive. I was surprised how many models and car brands CarPlaySyncConnect can detect! I also tried demo mode and the features/alerts describing the condition of the car is very helpful. I would say the only thing is that letting people try the paid version for 3 days free. Then let them decide if they want to pay!

By sheer accident, I stumbled upon CarPlaySyncConnect, and it turned out to be a fortune discovery. It has exceeded my expectations! Features are good, CarPlaySyncConnect provides seemless experience

No regrets here, and I highly recommend giving it a try! It seems a reliable and efficient solution for my Ford 🚘

“Update” contacted support. Still not worth the money, shows less data than the factory app shows. Still gives error message. Save your money, don’t bother with CarPlaySyncConnect if you have a Hyundai. I have a 2023 venue. The all connected to my car. But is is saying, the following. Your car was connected successfully. However, we require additional permissions to access it data. And it does not give me any instructions on what to do to fix this issue. Completely useless app with no support.

I’m disappointed and I want a refund for the membership. Initially CarPlaySyncConnect works fine but lately, it disappears from my IPhone and Kia. I thought CarPlaySyncConnect was updated with a new version. But, after reinstalling, it asked me to pay a membership to move forward. I didn’t like to pay the $50 but I did to get it going. It kept on asking me for more information and configuration. Why?? I’m deciding not to use it and find another easy application to use.

It looked very nice and had my interest until the ridiculous monthly use charge of $25 was revealed. The five star rating took a rapid and terminal plunge to one star history. Maybe I missed some special feature but I will never pay anywhere near the monthly charge to park my virtual vehicles in this virtual garage for real money. Do you accept Monopoly money or do I virtually go to jail and not pass “Go”.

CarPlaySyncConnect took my money and isn’t even compatible with Honda! There is NO option to see the list of vehicles prior to buying in… so their previous reply to someone else’s review is a load of crap! I’ve never left a review but felt the need to warn others to shop elsewhere! Wasted my $20 for nothing!

So…. I paid $20 for an app that all it does is shows a picture of a car like mine??? My car was in the list, but it doesn’t show ANY of the details shown in the screenshots on CarPlaySyncConnect listing. Buyer beware as others have said. Wish I’d read the reviews before buying!!

After downloading, and paying for the service, it appears CarPlaySyncConnect isn’t compatible with my 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLE. Doesn’t connect to the car at all.

The car statistics are accurately shown on my iPhone.   ‍‍

The vehicles available for connectivity is very limited. We have 4 newish vehicles and NONE of them ar available. Of course you have to buy CarPlaySyncConnect to find that out. That is a crime. Don’t buy CarPlaySyncConnect

If you need hands-free voice or text this won’t work. No option to cancel the subscription. Never again

Why did they prompt me to review an app that I just downloaded seconds ago?

Extremely disappointed-spent $10 for nothing. Deleted app after trying to load it for 5 minutes. Feel very ripped off.

Doesn’t connect to my car and don’t see any option to even though it says my car is covered. It’s basically just a glorified navigation app. Waste of $20

CarPlaySyncConnect reminded me a lot of my Hyundai app that already came with my vehicle. But if I didn’t already have a very similar app specific to my vehicle, I would say that CarPlaySyncConnect is an absolute game-changer for car owners. CarPlaySyncConnect is a one-stop solution for all your car-related needs. I can easily monitor my car's health, track fuel consumption, unlock/lock, receive maintenance reminders, and navigate me anywhere. It's like having a personal car assistant right at my fingertips. Highly recommended for all car enthusiasts!

You want me to pay for an app without first trying it? That’s insane. I haven’t even connected my car to CarPlaySyncConnect and it’s already showing for payment information.🤡

What I like the most is the lock and unlock features.
It's very helpful to see the engine oil life and actual tire pressure because you can't see that information on my car due to the manufacturer locking up my info when I need maintenance or maybe I just dont know how to get into it. It's still annoying.
I like the lock and unlock feature because even tho my car is 4 years old, I somehow get the key locked in it. I am tired of calling the police to get it out

The connection for my BMW was so smooth and easy. I love CarPlaySyncConnect dashboard because it simple and easy to read. It’s more helpful to see the tire pressure and the engine oil. It was so easy for me to use and has made using my car a lot easier since I’m always on my phone. A few times I forgot my keys and CarPlaySyncConnect has saved me. It quickly became a tool for managing my car and it’s also provides full data I need to check before driving.

Does not even login - obscure error message. I am able to login on the myAudi app with the correct credentials.

Update: my apps are up to date both myAUDI as yours - am afraid I have to agree with the many reviewers that have issues with this application.

To the developer, please address the real issues mentioned and not refer it back to the end user. The feedback is real!

Unable to use as trying to put in weird info on car

Pretty sure this is fleeceware and they are out to take your money. Very suspicious how there are two different identical looking websites for bloomup and makename with some really weird wording on the websites. And for being 4.7 there are a lot of negative written reviews, I feel like the reviews have been padded. For being a company that is supposedly focused on UX and has great attention to detail, their app doesn’t give you much instruction on how to connect it to your car unless you pay a monthly subscription fee or hefty lifetime payment. Just stick to CarPlaySyncConnect provided by the manufacturer and don’t waste your money here. If you were scammed report them to Apple.

So easy to connect, just followed the instructions

Between the aesthetics, setup process, and ease of use, overall, my experience with the Car Sync app has been phenomenal! My favorite feature thus far is the all-in-one screen with music, GPS, phone, and weather. Generally, you would have to scroll through a multitude of apps to even use half of these features while driving, mind you. The impressive part of it is that now I have the ability to track my vehicle’s maintenance all in one app. No longer will I have to wait until I physically get into my car to know when it’s time for an oil change or how much gas I have!

When I initially downloaded it, I couldn’t see much of a difference between CarPlaySyncConnect and the FordPass app I already have. After adding my expedition and playing around for a bit I found some features that aren’t available in FordPass. The driving mode is what I like the most and the feature I found most unique. Specifically the radio. Being from a rural area we don’t have a lot of options when it comes to stations. XM radio is subscription based and honestly not worth it. I explored the stations for about half an hour and I absolutely love this feature.

I have tried deleting and reinstalling but CarPlaySyncConnect simply doesn’t work on iOS 17. Try to play music and instant crash back to the Home Screen. Try to navigate and boom, crash back to the Home Screen. I really wanted something like CarPlay but that uses the phone’s screen instead of the car’s but this $50 app (wasn’t able to do any trial) isn’t it. I have requested a refund and hopefully it will be approved.

No where during the setup process does it say you need to have an already existing subscription to use CarPlaySyncConnect. I thought all I would have to do was pay the 50 bucks, then CarPlaySyncConnect would connect to and work with my Toyota Tacoma. But no. I have to pay the 50 bucks for CarPlaySyncConnect , PLUS have an active Toyota subscription at 80 bucks a year to use the apps services. I should have known 50 bucks one time purchase was too good to be true.

First off - this type of app only needs to connect between your car and phone app “locally” to visualize data your vehicle sensors provide on CarPlaySyncConnect … that being said…

I suggest digging in a little deeper… They are continuously collecting everything that CarPlaySyncConnect can touch.. as soon as it hits your phone app, next hop - public network..

whether they hide the identity of your data or not… if they collect any data other than whats needed to keep existing core app functions.. functioning…they are monetizing on that information…. Because they can….

Users should be paid to keep these type of apps installed and running in their phone….but no one cares…

Driver ready but needs a better handle for mechanics otherwise I love my car

I love the way the car drives.

Dash readout and controls are far to complicated and manual is almost useless. ( do I really need six ways to set up dash readout).
Manual contains too much information that doesn’t pertain to my car. It seems Mazda may have combined manuals for European, Japanese, and USA versions of the car into one manual. It is ridiculously difficult to use.
I am hoping I can find more useful instructions on the internet. I will try try the My Mazda app but it doesn’t look encouraging so far.

Again, fuel mileage is poor vs competition and I like the way the car drives.

I needed a way to connect my tablet to the screen in my car since CarPlay is not supported on iPad, and this does not do it.

Please tell me how to process a refund. I have literally had CarPlaySyncConnect for four minutes, it will not work and I paid annually because I assumed it would work the way I need.

If I could I’d put a zero star. I just downloaded CarPlaySyncConnect and paid the subscription because CarPlaySyncConnect said my vehicle was compatible I paid the full year and now it’s telling me to pay the subscription at jeep to be able to work if I can just use jeep why would I need your app that makes absolutely no sense so I paid $50 for you to tell me to use jeep I want a refund immediately or I’ll report your app. Guys please don’t use CarPlaySyncConnect the 5 start ratings are probably bots because who designs an app that just tells you to subscribe to another app just tell me it’s not compatible and that’s it no harm no foul but your app makes you think it’s all good and when you pay CarPlaySyncConnect says something totally different

If one were to gain access to one’s personal information without one’s permission , CarPlaySyncConnect, in mt opinion based on the reviews, would give above and beyond the police access to one’s vehicle. One would gain remote access by default while the registered owner is being navigated through “corn fields and unknown areas during “high alert” weather.
When CarPlaySyncConnect is smarter than the owner; one might dean one’s self Big Brother in Orwell’s 1984 with malice and full intent to do harm.
My opinions also bias after identity theft, 4 stolen registrations, car keys and insurance information.

I’m sure CarPlaySyncConnect works and is great for some people but it’s completely useless for me and some others. It’s really disappointing that you make us pay for it before we can even see if our car is compatible. It kind of feels like you’re scamming us. You should really invest in making at least a 5 day trial run so when you’re app doesn’t even give us the option to connect to the car we can just cancel it and move on. Thanks for wasting my money and I hope it does you some good because it didn’t do me any.

I needed this so I always had a watch dog I appreciate unlocking my doors because I so often lock them inside the car knowing I don’t even need a key to get inside is perfect match as I go through hospice. I love you. God bless.

In order to actually use CarPlaySyncConnect , you need to be logged into your dealership app. Example: I have a Toyota vehicle, I can’t set up a Toyota account because I bought my car from a dealership and not the actual Toyota dealership, so it can’t connect to all the nice features the Toyota app offers. I expected CarPlaySyncConnect to just Bluetooth my car and sync with it when I clicked on “connect smart connectivity” once I bought the monthly plan it told me to log into my Toyota app, which is useless in my situation and if I had CarPlaySyncConnect I wouldn’t need CarPlaySyncConnect. Hopefully apple gives me a refund bc if you’re in my shoes with your ride, don’t purchase this.
