Nonexistent App Support

Encountered a glitch in the program that blocked gameplay at level X-1. The only option available to report an issue is to chat with a bot and attach photos or videos showing the issue, which I did multiple times. The chat includes the promise that a human will directly respond to the support request. I’ve waited now for over a week but no one has responded to my request for help or even acknowledged the issue I reported. After paying for the in-app upgrade it is really disappointing to know the developers don't care enough about the users to provide support.

I believe that this game is incredibly fun, it’s a very fast pace game so people whom work better in fast paced situations would genuinely enjoy this game. I enjoy that you don’t have to tap on customers to give items, unlike most mobile cooking games i’ve played. The only problem is that there are way too many ad’s. I understand paying for no ad’s is an option but if you don’t choose to pay you’re just simply stuck with nothing but ad’s. I’ve gotten an ad after every single round, and the rounds aren’t that long either. Unfortunately, I can’t pay for no ad’s so it just simply makes the game bad to play and not entertaining. I would love to continue the game, but with these ad’s I just can’t find enjoyment in it anymore.

10 to 13 there were no ads when they get your money. Why is that and I’m playing for 31 levels serving hamburgers. I see you having your pictures different foods. There’s nothing that tells you when I move onto a different food category.
