I was so happy about this game. It’s fun and didn’t have too many ads, now it has ads left and right, right and left. Why did you change it. Now I have to delete it because it’s now annoying

I paid the $4.99 to get the multiple long ads to go away but still plays with ads. I turned my phone off to restart to see if that helps it didn’t.
Ads stopped working… again. Why?

I watch ads in the app but today the ads won’t play. Why? Ok, so they started working again and more the ads stopped again. I’m decreasing your stars because (a) This is getting worse, (b) You don’t reply to my support requests, (c) This is getting worse. You lose another star now because it’s happening again. In addition, the app keeps crashing and losing my progress.
I wish I could award you zero or negative stars. Again the ads suddenly turned off today. You still haven’t responded to my support requests or these reviews I’ve written.
