Does not work as promised

Bought this app yesterday thinking that I could overlay photos from my photo library. Only allows for scanning flat surfaces into backgrounds which makes no sense at all.
Please respond with instructions on getting my money refunded.

This app seems to behind of the times. The experience is far to basic and lags in terms of what’s available from other apps. I would like a refund if that is possible.

I got this app because I wanted a free background removing app. I used it for fun once I got it, like pretending to be on the moon, or being chased by dinos. But a while later I was dissatisfied because if you hold something in your hand, it thinks the thing you’re holding is background and makes a whole through your hand! It also doesn’t really get rid of the background. It shows spots of the ground, or wall.
If you like free apps, this is for you. This app has no in app purchases, which I really like. The only “purchase” would be it tells you download another app to use AR in it. Otherwise, it is completely free.
Please fix these problems I have.
