NoiseReducer seems nice but it is a waste of money. It will not even attempt to upload files just gives an error with no explanation to fix. App literally has three buttons! With videos it just lowers the audio does not filter. No way of knowing all this until you spend the $4. Do not waste your time or money NoiseReducer seems like a scam app to give someone small passive income.

Don’t buy. Only had NoiseReducer 5 mins & it can’t do what I want. I wanted to take the wind noise out of a video taken outside so you could hear my voice. After NoiseReducer did its thing, the wind was still there & loud, maybe reduced 1%. There’s no way to edit anything yourself. There’s no options to do anything. You just have to press the button and let them figure it out. They should have bars that you can control the sound editing with all the different noises so you can determine what you want out. But you can’t.

I bought NoiseReducer and within literally 45 seconds I was ready to ask for a refund. The “reduced noise” audio completely distorts and disfigures the sound of your voice in a way that is 100% unusable. 10/10 would not recommend NoiseReducer, save your $4

I downloaded NoiseReducer , but it doesn’t work. I know it has tons of good reviews so I would assume maybe there’s something wrong. I try multiple times, with different audio files, and different file types. I restarted my phone and everything. It just doesn’t work at all. It just says Error. I downloaded two other apps and the two other apps worked just fine.

You have to purchase NoiseReducer, no way to see what it offers or try before you buy.
I downloaded a voice recording that had background noise, all I could do was hit reduce noise. It spun a circle then nothing. The voice recording is exactly the same before wasting money on this worthless app.

App doesn’t do anything and intentionally doesn’t let you preview it on any of your actual videos or recordings so you can’t tell it doesn’t work. The example it gives is obviously altered to make it seem like it works but it does nothing to the audio at all

This is a scam do not buy, these reviews must be fake. It costs $3.99, and no matter the length of the video you cannot upload it to NoiseReducer . I literally waited 30+ min trying to upload a 4 minute video and eventually just gave up because it wouldn’t go anywhere. Deleting and on to the next app.

Well there goes 4 bucks. I bought this because I live by a highway and all my videos have highway noise in the background. In the first two videos, all it kept saying was, “media not found.” On the third video it claimed to have reduced the background noise but I didn’t hear a difference at all.

This is not a digital filtering app, it works by lowering the general audio level, which of course reduces the noise but also the signal you want to keep. I am asking my money back from Apple.

I’m trying to make videos, and I know your tool will work. However, when I put my Voice Memo files into NoiseReducer , it gives me an error.

“It was not possible to denoise this media. Please try again.”

This is extremely frustrating, and I’ve already paid for premium. Once this is fixed, I’d be happy to give it a five star review.

I read the reviews feeling this one is going to work. Unfortunately NoiseReducer is having issues loading up audio file.

Wish there were clear directions on how to use NoiseReducer .

The very first time you download it, it works, and it’s the only one I found that works well. If you use it more than once, you CANNOT use it anymore because it does NOT work. It now asks you to pay each time, and it will NOT let you do anything else.

This is a very good app but there’s just one thing that I should mention you can’t export audio files I wish you guys would have an audio file export

I put in a video of my dad proposing where I couldn’t even hear their voices over the wind and after I could. Still sharp noises but to be expected with my fumbly filming skills.

It worked to remove the sound of a fan in the background of my video so I don’t have to re-record it! Saved me so much time.

Today is my first time using NoiseReducer and it is great!! I shoot videos in my car from time to time & it wiped out all the traffic noise!! What a difference a sound makes, thank you!

This thing is a scam. You can’t test it out before hand. You have to buy and then lo and behold nothing works. I guess I should of read some recent reviews and saved my money

I had an video that had backround music, I tried to remove it on other apps but it didn’t work. This one was the first app that actually removed the background music with out taking out the voice.
