MergeHotel is so broken, the sound will get choppy and stutter, which can be fixed by lowering or raising volume, the real problem is the ads crash the game. Real disappointment because they force ads on you and they crash the game, so I try to play, a forced ad and crash.

I rarely do reviews but this game wa fun when I started I have put $35 into game and now MergeHotel just force close when it wants to. Then I’m only get 3to4 items out of each energizers then I have to watch ads or paying diamonds. MergeHotel forces closes and takes my keys my diamonds, and my energy. I feel robbed. Are you all willing to fix?? I’m sure I’m not the only one this is happening too are you willing to fix it??????????😢

I get way too many ads while playing this game. I’ve probably watched over 300 ads so far because of how often they appear. These ads literally ruin the entire game. It’s ridiculous.
And don’t tell me to purchase the “No Ads” feature because I am NOT giving any money to this stupid game. Also, the overall gameplay of Merge Hotel gets boring. It’s repetitive and simply isn’t appealing at all.

I would also like to mention that I’m trying to fix the soda machine within 12 days for a reward with another app— however, I’m afraid that I won’t be able to in time. I’m currently on day 10 and I don’t think that I’ll be able to fix the soda machine because I’m only on foor 4 (the soda machine is on floor 5). What a waste of time. This is super frustrating.

We’re do I start: won’t let you load items to inventory even though there are slots available (it did ONCE but now I can’t) screen is so small when tryin to just move items around it merges them even if you don’t want to and there is no undo option. The unlimited bonus of 4 min only lasted barely 30 seconds because of adds starting and paying $17 to remove adds is absurd! Spend tons of energy and effort to load the truck multiple times and the only thing you get is a few gems and maybe 6 energy was a waste of time! Wont be playing this anymore. Too difficult to play and isn’t fun anymore just annoying!

i downloaded this game as an offer where you got a reward if you got to a certain point. the kicker is that it said i had to repair a machine that doesn’t even exist in the game. the goal was impossible.

i played for a while, watched a million ads, earned them money, only to realize that the goal didn’t exist and that the offer had been completely wiped from the website like it didn’t exist. i’m guessing they took it down after multiple complaints.

that’s a scam if i’ve ever heard one and i can’t in good conscious continue playing even though i liked the game. i’ve never had this happen to me, even with the most glitchy clearly for-money games out there.

how desperate do you have to be to make money off this game to trick people into playing?

The game is ok. I downloaded it due to an app that I have that pays you to download things and try them; however the task to get paid with this game was to fix the soda machine within twelve days and by the way this game is made it will take much longer than twelve days to fix the soda machine. It takes so much energy to make anything past the first two basic items of a generator. There are time when I tap a generator once or twice and the it has to recharge for anywhere from 5 seconds to 3 hours smh. Them most of the generators put out the same beginning items repeatedly which is part of the reason why it takes so long to make anything beyond the first two basic items. I don’t think the generators should be recharging if we only get 100 energy and you will use it up before you really get to fulfill the larger orders. I’m actually deleting this game after I leave this review. It definitely has potential but if your just looking for a time killer this is the game for you.

The more I play, the more ads there will be. Also, you have to wait to tap some of the items. I will wait 40 mins sometimes to tap, but then once I get one shovel out, it will make me wait another 40 mins. Sometimes I have to tap the toolbox or washer machine 8-10 times, wait, and then maybe 3-4 taps the next time before I’m waiting for another min or two. It’s very inconsistent with ads and wait periods. It needs a lot of work

I like the game. It has good balance, there’s the option for extra stuff if you watch ads, and it’s a fun plot. However , I deleted it and I couldn’t remember why. After reinstalling the game, it was obvious. It periodically forces you to watch ads. And some of them will go for several minutes if you don’t press the fast forward button. I don’t mind optional adds. But I’m deleting this one again because of the forced ads.

It has potential to be a good game but unfortunately the play time is very short unless you want to sink a fortune in it. I even caved and payed money a few times and blew through it so very fast because the incentives are absolute garbage every time you hit a goal the prize is basically useless and there isn’t enough time in the day to complete any objective for free. Hoping to find a better one to replace it.

I’ve noticed other players is having the same issues that I’m having. The energy timer is a big issue for planning this game. I was paying extra to play game this but after I noticed the issues I stopped spending money. I hope you take this serious because if it’s not correct I’ll discard the game. I told my friends about the game and they’ve started playing I’m sure they’ll discard it as well, if their having the same issues! 🥲

I absolutely hate the new layout! It is so small, hard to see the board and the ads on the screen at all times is annoying!Bring back the old layout!

I really like this game, the characters are cute and it's a fun way to spend time on the road between jobsites. It's to the point though where I am watching more ads in between job sites than I am playing the game. Literally every couple minutes you have to watch an ad. I checked the time from one ad to the next and every 2 minutes you have to watch another ad. I don't mind ads, it's a free game so I should have to watch some commercials but I think this many ads is a bit too much

After playing for a while, I understand timers have to happen, however, I’ve noticed the energy timer drops down to seven then adds 13 seconds and counts down from 20 again. Tried to reach out to support but can’t seem to get that email through.

Other than that, I enjoy this game. No other issues to report currently.

It’s a fun merging game with several layers of merge BUT when you want to make room on your board the storage button highlights but will not take the item ( the item goes behind the button instead of merging into storage). Also the mini games like (Plinko) should be allowed to delete from your board when not in use.

I’m not having really any of the problems other players are having. This compared to some of the other merging games is way better. The only problem I have had is on one of the mini games where you put blocks together I had a high score of 2500 and it made me reboot the game. I lost my score and 1 life. Not too big of a deal just annoying. Other than that I do like the game it’s a lot of fun. Thank you.

I love this cute game. What I don’t like is the music. I had to turn it off because it sounds like it’s glitching. It hurt my ears lol.

Games not loading rn it stops at loading player profile or whatnot. But I def can’t wait to play again if u could resolve this issue. Please do soon cause I can’t wait to finish my other quest

I love playing MergeHotel and it’s worth buying the option for no ads. Great game and storyline and so relaxing. I can play without feeling I have to and so enjoyable.
