I gave them a one star review based on their merit, because I am not a shill, which is the only explanation I can come up with for the five star reviews. They “reached out” to me, which only apparently had the effect of allowing them to delete my review. I tried to use one of their chargers using this “new“ app. The charger would not activate. I called them, and they were no help. I was in a small town in the hinterland with few options for charging electric vehicles. These people do not merit your trust.

Chargers have a lot of problems

I had to plug my car 7 times one day every time the app holds 30 dollars from your account
I called customer service they said I need a subscription in order to see if they can help me
Every time I plug my car the charger shuts down and I had to move to at least 2 different locations to see if the other charger works

Slow and clunky

The new app is slow and only works about half the time. It is clunky and erratic in its function at best. Stations were missing, and while they added my local one which helped, there are probably still some missing. The app is still excruciatingly painful to use.
