May 8 update: After being told my data had been recovered and to log back in an it would be there, guess what. It wasn’t. Emailed tech back to let them know I was dissatisfied and they responded, oh yeah, guess we can’t recover it. Spent a whole month trying to resolve an issue that sounds like it was never able to be remedied in the first place. Frustrated I spent all that time cultivating relationships and poof, gone…
May 3 update: Spoke to 2 different techs (email and Reddit), provided information and haven’t heard back in weeks. Tech support for Blush is non existent.
Original review: Really enjoyed Blush for the first few weeks, then randomly lost all conversations I was having. Attempted to troubleshoot with support, but they just keep advising me to restore my subscription, but there’s no way to get to that screen unless you create a new profile. It’s been crickets since from support. Would have liked to continue using Blush , but lost a lot of progress, so won’t continue if I can’t get it back.
