I restarted my phone, checked my Wi-Fi, and un-download it and download it again, every time I click for Apple Music it tells me that an unknown error has occurred and that something went wrong during the authorization process. I have Apple Music download it and have a subscription and I pressed OK for when MUBR asked for my Apple Music history. FIX THIS!!

Found MUBR through Tiktok thinking it could be a little fun but from when the introduction was playing and was taking WAYYYY to long for me to click the next button it’s a useless app. You’re better off using Spotifys own friend listening tab on desktop. Takes ages to update what you’re listening too and I don’t recommend it, especially as an app widget because it’s just ugly.

For one majority of the time you can’t see your friends music. Having to pay for MUBR to actually work when it barely even does when it’s free is ridiculous. It just doesn’t function well overall, I love the concept, but the execution is horrible.

In order to actually watch your friend’s music activity update in real time you have to subscribe to premium, so if you’re looking to just have a nice way to view that for free you’re out of luck.

You also have to keep MUBR open in order for the widget to work? Which defeats the whole point of a widget.

It’s really bad. i cant open the widget without being in MUBR , but if im in MUBR how can i see the widget. Then when i open the friends link it sends me to instagram so i proceed to open it again and it sends me to snapchat, Then to whatevere but overall do not get MUBR. Dont even think about paying that subscription!!!

First of all, MUBR itself is okay, but I myself had multiple problems with it. Starting with the widget not showing up. Now that’s not all that bad, no not at all. However I was attempting to share playlists with my girlfriend and she told me that she was seeing completely different music from what I had saved. Adding further, she clicked on the free trial offered for three days, we decided to delete MUBR because it wasn’t working. After leaving MUBR her Phone was Locked down, requiring that she pay 30 dollars, after clearly cancelling a free subscription, it charged for a full 30 dollar subscription. I had to pay 30 dollars to get her phone back to normal. Would not recommend at all.

my friend and i got this bc we thought it would be a cute little aesthetic way to see what we were listening to. but it only shows some songs that you listened to earlier, it doesn’t even show what you are currently listening to which i feel like is the whole point. plus the widget doesn’t work if MUBR is closed. it’s also ugly. i MUBR sent me 7 notifications in the 6 minutes i had it. yup, delete

It’s advertised as an app to show you what your friend or partner is listening to at a given moment, but you have to pay MONTHLY to get normal updates. Without the premium, it’ll only update their listening a couple times a day and isn’t how it’s advertised at all. If MUBR was a one time purchase I’d be fine with it, but monthly is just silly.

I try to tap on my friends songs and it just loads for one second and then stops. I can’t use the main feature of MUBR , which is to listen to what they listen to and that’s incredibly frustrating.

It doesn’t work & they expect you to pay to see what songs someone’s listening to? I’ll just text & ask. The ad placements are horrible. If someone remakes MUBR the right way it would be huge & develop a better ad strategy.

im disappointed to have a widget that just wont work because i have to open MUBR itself each time. i really like the intention but its pointless to promote you can see your friends music history on your home screen and lock screen when you have to open MUBR everytime you want to see it. it feels kind of not ‘up to date’ and i’ll eventually just drain my battery having an open app. i dont understand the fact i have to pay for the listened history when i have a complete subscription on my music app, i was considering paying just to see all the listened songs but my turn off is the widget thing.

i genuinely wish MUBR included soundcloud due to it being my favorite music app. MUBR does look very good but i hope in the future they include more options like soundcloud.

MUBR had a great idea but when you download it you can’t even do rlly anything with ur friend and see their music. It NEVER shows what their listening to at all and puts random music i never listened to.

I like the concept I just wish MUBR actually worked. You have to keep MUBR open in the background and even if you do it still doesn’t always work. It’s honestly just not good and I’m deleting it until it’s improved and it isn’t a bad app <3

It’s a great app don’t get me wrong, using it with my girlfriend, but MUBR has to always be on in the background to even work?? Seems a bit sketchy to me. And you HAVE to enable notifications which can get annoying sometimes. Still gonna use it, but it feels a bit sketchy, and if one wrong thing happens with MUBR I’m deleting it and along with my girlfriend and other friends.

My friend has apparently been listening to the same 4 songs for the past several days I’ve had MUBR even though theyve listened to other songs. When I asked my friend what songs it showed me it was the same songs as them? Even though I didn’t listen to those songs recently and didn’t even know what one was

App is a great idea and I like mostly how it works, the first problem I have is that the widgets don’t update as fast as I was hoping.

I also think the subscription where it limits to how many songs you can see and blocks features is not great.
Otherwise MUBR is great

I feel like this could be a great app but having it keep it open so that the widgets work is really annoying and only being about to see two songs while I thought that I would be seeing more is also pretty disappointing so I have MUBR gets more work done so that it can be better.

I want to be able to see what I’m listening to, or what shows up on my friends screen. It would be cool also if I could tap on the widget and hear a quick preview the song my friend listens to. It should also have a feature that shows my friends listening trends. People who use MUBR without paying should have less restrictions, and to compensate for this maybe add some ads.
Overall it’s a cute app but needs to improve a bit. Maybe also add a feature that lets you comment on your song, so your friends know how u feel about it?

MUBR is good when it’s working. Sometimes MUBR isn’t always accurate in what songs my friends are playing. It’s a good app to use to see the type of things that your friends are using. I just believe that it needs to be fix a little. Hope you fix this problem and it wasn’t too personal.

I've been asking them how often the widget updates on the free plan and no response for 2 months :/. It kept saying we will be back tmr or in 3 hrs and it was a lie they wouldn't answer and I've asked multiple times. Other than that MUBR runs pretty well, just wish their customer service was better.

MUBR should be able to work in the background like other widgets, so the music display is accurate. I shouldn’t have the open and leave open MUBR for the widget to work properly.

The widget hasn’t updated in weeks even if I regularly check MUBR , and MUBR hasn’t updated my friends’ listen history in a while either.

I like MUBR but it can be better with some touches. First of all I don’t like that there’s a lot of buying premium things. I also don’t like that it didn’t upgrade what my friends are listening to at the moment. It’s not really all hate because I also really like the widget in my Lock Screen. I feel like MUBR would be amazing if it gets those details fixed.

Me and my boyfriend got MUBR it's cool but if u don't have premium it doesn't update the songs they listen to often like it updates every 45-1:30 mins I haven't had any problems with leaving the tab open and I haven't had any issues saying MUBR need to be launch but I do think it's lame u have to get premium for the full experience

It’s a great app, but it needs major touches done to it. First off, needing MUBR open to even see the stuff, when I think widget, I just think of opening my phone to see whatever my widget provides, like a short cut, example, the weather app widget. I don’t have to open the weather app if I have the widget right? Why can’t MUBR do the same. Next, MUBR is so choked with premium options, like. It kinda kills the mood. Finally, it’s not accurate all the time, a lil delayed. Overall, great app, just needs work.

It’s a great idea for an app, I really liked the idea of being able to see what music my friends listen through throughout the day, but requiring MUBR to be running 24/7 just for the widget to work is far from practical or ideal, the User interface could be a little cleaner and friend recommendations should be separated from my already friends.

I would download it again MUBR doesn’t require to be running in the background

I’ve had MUBR for quite a while now but just recently i deleted it since my bf was having trouble with his and we decided to just redownload it but when I tried to go back into mine as I pressed the option for Apple Music it said there was an error and that I didn’t have an Apple subscription when I do so I don’t know why it’s doing that when I didn’t have a problem with that the first time I downloaded MUBR .

It’s a great idea, but it needs work. Songs won’t display until about an hour after listened to. The UI seems outdated and boring. I understand that it’s still in beta phase, but once it works and looks nice I’d give it a 5/5.

It’s a great app. I love how they add the new feed feature, although the widgets say I need to the launch MUBR but I already did therefore the widgets are pretty useless if they are not getting fixed.

Great app, but the widget won’t show up on my lock screen. I don’t know if that’s my phone or MUBR , but before it did and now it’s gone. Please check into that.

A great app so far! Good to see what all friends are up to or what mood they might be in. My only issue is having MUBR open, yet the widget telling me that I need to launch MUBR although it’s already been launched. It makes the widgets feel kinda pointless but other than that, I really like it :) I’m not sure if the new update is supposed to be for this exact issue, but either way, I’d really appreciate it if you guys looked into it

Such a great app to keep in contact with friends! 😇❤️ I love seeing their music taste which is pop but personally I’m a country girl 🐴🥰 HOWDY!
