Glitch ruined my game

Overall, amazing game and great gameplay but there is a issue that caused me stop playing this. When I went to the new event, I got a tray that said I would get 21B Gems. Of course I accepted it to see what would happen but then, when I finished watching the ad, I saw that I have -20B Gems. Then, when I went to the original place and tried buying something that cost gems, it said I couldn’t. This overall ruined my game and I hope the developers fix that glitch because if they don’t fix it soon I will uninstall this game. 1 star.
New event issue???

The new event brings me those coin/gem offers that you watch ads for but when it offers me like 2B gems, it makes my gem count negative and I keep having to redownload the game. Will not be spending money in this condition! Please beware. It’s a good game when you’ve got nothing to do, but issues like these really dampen the idle experience of eating bigger and bigger things when you keep having to reset your progress….

Sadly nothing like the photos but it’s fun. I encountered a bug however, every bite he takes now makes his mouth completely full. That never happened before because I have him really upgraded and it’s making challenges impossible. I can no longer play as I cannot continue forward. Things he could easily eat before now I cannot him to eat, it’s some sort of bug and I don’t know how to fix it. :(
