Decent AI picture tuner with bad customer support

The app does what most AI picture tuners does. Make an image from a prompt, take an image and AI tune it to what you would like, even has amazing prebuilt filters to choice from. I bought the premium service for a year since I enjoy the AI side of photos. I used it for about 10 min before having to move in with my day, when I went back I lost my premium and could not restore it. I reached out to support and over the course of 11 business days still have not had any help. We chatted back and forth with them offering simple solutions to fix. (Uninstall, reinstall, sign in, sign out) sadly they stopped responding and I was left wasting the money.

I’ve been using this app for a good four months now , I got annoyed with the ads and picked up a subscription for a year and I’ve been satisfied with it until now, after the 1.6 update it prompts me with a “no connection” and will not reconnect to the servers really hope this gets fixed, because I like the app and don’t really like wasting money.
