Trying to login and screen with CustomerSpark is only about 1/3 of the size of the iPad screen. Then it says my login is incorrect and ytying to set upa new PW, every time I enter a character, the screen moves down and I can’t see characters as I enter them. Happens with each character. Then says I can’t use a previous password. Which is my active password - the only one Ive ever had. Ive had enough of this awful attempt at programming.

I’m a Walmart plus Spark customer and can’t log into this with my account. Don’t waste your time .

They really need to look hard into how CustomerSpark is working because it is not working correctly. It won’t save any of my updated information. It just keeps glitching over and over again. Does anyone look into this?

The graphics only fills the center portion of the iPad’s screen so it looks like the size of an iPhone screen. It won’t expand. Words are cut off along the bottom menu line. Not very well designed. Maybe they’ll fix it in the future. Yuck,

Recently received a number of surveys that apparently I answered completely but due to “not meeting requirements “ did not receive points. That was cust support response. Also getting more surveys that waste my time wanting one specific response and if I don’t select it ends immediately no points waste of time.

I thought, “won’t it be nice to not have to log in to a website to see my progress?” Wrong! App does not recognize my profile, preferences, or even respond so that I can enter them all again. By the way, the instructions for finding CustomerSpark on App Store were in this order: Step 1, step 2, step 4, step 5, step 3. Nice!

I can’t even log into my app. Walmart also uses Apache! That’s an app that allows people to even get onto your account and phone

I’ve repeatedly tried logging into CustomerSpark and it keeps saying it’s invalid/unrecognized login, but I have no trouble with my login credentials when using the website. CustomerSpark seems to be worthless at this point so I’ve uninstalled it.

Overall it’s a decent app. But they (75% of the time) give you less points than what’s stated. If a survey shows it’s 100 points, I complete it, just to receive 10 points. Nowhere does it say “up to” in CustomerSpark . A 50 points survey, I’m only awarded 5. Once I finally hit $15 in reward points, I no longer receive surveys. You can only redeem in $5, $25, $50, and $100 increments. This a very misleading app/service.

So I downloaded CustomerSpark and logging into my account on the new app and on the website. The website shows all the rewards points and credits and CustomerSpark shows I have $0.00. Please fix this Walmart!

I love having an app to access surveys. It is much easier compared to waiting for an email reminder that I have a survey opportunity available. However, there are some issues. First, I have to sign into CustomerSpark frequently. It would be nice to stayed signed in or have facial recognition login option. Also, there are times where I am in the middle of a survey and then there is a error message. I have to restart CustomerSpark and do the survey all over again. This just happened during my last survey, at the last 1-2 questions of a full survey and got kicked out. 10 minutes wasted. Overall, CustomerSpark is great to have if these issues can be resolved.

I’ve been a Customer Spark member for some time. I like answering their questionnaires, but doing it in a browser was not great. CustomerSpark is more convenient , but it keeps sending annoying notifications to check CustomerSpark even when there are no new activities are available. How hard would it be to match notifications with the new content availability? All other apps only notify you of new stuff, but this one keeps demanding attention.

I think the best way to be a couponer is by getting gift cards for free! This is a wonderful way to be able to spend your spare time doing short and sweet surveys for some spare change that eventually adds up. I plan on saving mine for Christmas time and use it on presents. Thank so much for inviting me please send me all the surveys!

I have been a member for a while now and really love that Walmart has this community but I just wish there were more surveys given to me. CustomerSpark is great though I don’t likehaving to use my phones safari to move the screen and this makes things easier

I like free money. And I like to be able to voice what I want and my concerns with the knowledge I will be heard.

I love it! Walmart is literally right across the street from where I live so the eGift cards I earn from taking these surveys actually come in handy. The surveys are never long, they’re usually very interesting and engaging. Thanks for this great opportunity Walmart.

CustomerSpark. Is a good app for customers who shop at Walmart

The website is cool and all but I don’t like having to open my browser to access spark. I am glad there is an app and hope that they continue to make it better

Not only do I get to help in providing my input but I make money too!!

It is a good opportunity to be able to share my thoughts and experiences on products and shopping. The surveys are clear and to the point and I really like the rewards.

Thai app has saved me money, just by taking a few minutes out of my day to answer questions about my recent purchases. I love it, especially when food prices are continuously increasing, so every little bit helps

I got $50 but it took about 4 months but hey I didn’t move off my couch. LOL thank you Walmart.

I like everything about CustomerSpark. It doesn’t take to long for each survey & usually to the point. I like it has its own app & not web based. The only downside I have is I don’t get a lot of surveys to do.

Fun and rewarding!

I get a lot of surveys and activities, I just rarely get paid the full amount and customer service can only answer that I didn’t meet the full requirements of the particular survey, which is a huge ripoff. You answer all the questions the survey allows but you don’t get paid for it.
