Love watching an AD for the bonus and not getting anything but a frozen screen. Very slow progress for this game too. Upgrading any building inside the main facility is Hours. Each upgrade is almost all the money you collected from being afk too. I believe the intent is for you to get annoyed and pay to speed things along. It’s a Delete from me
Stop shoving tutorial down my throat and let me play the game. Stop forcing me to buy bus drop off. Stop forcing me to buy bench. Stop forcing me to build supermarket. Stop forcing me to waste gems to rush building supermarket with a timer that never counts down. Stop forcing me to get a train chest. Stop forcing me to dispatch a train. Stop forcing me to claim task rewards. How do I delete train you forced me to take. Give me back 10 gems you stole by forcing me to rush supermarket construction.
I was having fun playing this game, and then something super odd happened. It not only did the normal Apple thing of “ask App not to track” which I always opt out of. But after a few days IdleTrainEmpire straight up asked for access to “ all devices on your network” I’ve never seen that before in an app. And that was a HUGE red flag. No app should be trying to access your entire network. This thing is a spy machine wrapped in a game, do NOT download!
I’ve had this game about 3 months now. It was awesome at first until I realized I was opening my game from not playing for a few hours or overnight and it didn’t give me any of the “money” I had made while offline. This happens all the time and I’m deleting the game because of it. I’m not going to have the game open all day wasting my battery for something that’s the same as every other idle game anyways. Fix the issues. Or don’t. I don’t care.
The concept is pretty basic and the gameplay isn’t bad, but it seems like a knock off from another game… They push self-marketing and in game ads way too much. For instance, the first minute after I open the game is spent watching ads or clicking “deny” on all of their in-game purchases that just keep popping up one after another. And $13 to remove ads is triple the amount a reasonable person would pay. Finally, I ended up uninstalling this game because I was constantly bombarded with a message saying “you will enjoy this game a lot more if you enable us to track you and your device info” and honestly, I would enjoy the game a lot more if you just let me play and stopped throwing ads and “promotions” in my face.
It took me less than 2 weeks of casual play
to unlock everything and complete all
the tasks. I have nothing left to do. I paid the $13 to do away with the ads but it feels like a waste of money since Im essentially done with the game so quickly.
Another aspect I don’t care for is you can’t have duplicate trains! You can only level up if you already have it. I have all the “free” trains and most of the ones you have to use diamonds for. I have no more tasks so no more free keys. No more way to win diamonds. So if I want more trains Id have to pay money for them which is silly at this point because some are 1000 gems and thats about $10.
Ill log in occasionally to collect money in hopes there’s an update with additional content but Im not real hopeful.
Second day of playing and I’m not getting trains I buy so losing diamonds as well. Also when starting app it freezes so money accumulated during down time is lost. Tried App support but it just keeps wigging out and can’t get through. Restarted everything and nothing. Played several other Games without any issues. Pretty disappointed considering I paid for add free.
This game is unplayable without watching many, many ads to move forward, and they are the annoying ads that require multiple x outs most of the time. Also, the game is nagging me to enable tracking. Why? What possible reason would you need that for? Great game otherwise. Wish it were playable.
I enjoyed playing this game but it needs a lot of work. I deleted it because it kept messing up. You don’t always get the train after watching the ad videos. It just doesn’t show up so you watched the ad for nothing. Also, there isn’t an easy way to edit the trains. The only way to edit them is to go through the process of assigning them to the schedule.

Fix it and I may re-download.
If you don’t close out of IdleTrainEmpire entirely after playing..( not just close it actively)… when you come back it shows your offline earnings.. but you can’t accept them or double them or anything.. THEN if you close it out entirely and relaunch, it goes right into the game.. with no offline earnings.. and you don’t have what it showed previously.
It outright lies about WHY.
The pop up says, word for word, “Allowing your device information to be tracks will provide you with a better gaming experience”. There’s no way to decline or remove this pop up besides clicking “Go Now” which takes you to the games settings page. It intentionally misleads you into thinking you NEED to enable tracking. You don’t. You can just go back to the game and keep playing.
This is a super shady and unethical practice and provides only harm to the end user, not benefits.
I played the first day for a couple hours, then, I put $5 in. I finish the game in 4 days. I hope they do an update and add more rails or actual stations. It is a very nice game, I really loved it but it is too short. Everything can go up to level 5. Some go up to level 3, that’s even worst. PLEASE UPDATE THE GAME!!!
Like any idle management game, this is satisfying and fun to play. I had no issues and liked the progression speed (No endless waiting to afford upgrades) My main grievance is that it’s just the one station and when it’s upgraded that’s basically it. No area expansions, no new station, it just keeps running except there’s nothing to do anymore except leveling up trains which has no effect on gameplay or visuals.
I like this game, but the only reason why I don’t give it 5 stars, it’s so hard to get a new train. It’s give you the same train 50 times and it’s really annoying. It’s so easy to upgrade to a new location (Atlanta or Salt Lake City) but I can’t put a new train in that location when I get the same train every time.
Hello! If any of the devs read this (probably won’t) I like your game I give it 5 stars because it’s very good if anyone wants to find a game about actually having to buy stuff the electric or energy this is the game oh do you have any more tycoon games thank you bye!
I love this game I play it all the time. Only issue I have is I keep getting a pop up every now and then saying I need to turn tracking on? Idk but I went to check my phone settings and everything is enabled already so I'm not sure what that's about. But I the game nonetheless.
Hello and I got this game yesterday and it was great but I have a few ideas 1. Gunmen these people would bring guns to the station and shoot others and to stop them you would need to hire securing guards 2. Traffic. I don’t know if this is in the game but some additional waiting times should make it more realistic 3. Light rail I like light rail so can you please add it 4. More transfers i feel like the game would be bland without transfers that’s all bye
I was so bored playing another game but when I saw idle train empire I was THRILLED literally I downloaded it and I did not regret it I request you guys to downloaded it it’s so fun
i like it! most mobile games nowadays will have pop up ads that will play out of nowhere and it’s always super annoying… but this game does not! you have the option to watch ads for more trains or get more money, which i think is a lot better than pop ups. also the ads aren’t that long they’re like 30 seconds. this is a fun game, and its fun to play! i like leveling up my trains.
one suggestion i have is to list all the available trains and ones which you still have to get. i have a lot of the trains but i’m not sure how many there are because it doesn’t say. i hope you can add this to your game. thank you!
Downloaded this and your Cinema tycoon game not expecting much, little did I know I came across two underrated gems of games, by far some of the best tycoon games currently, ads aren’t really as big of an issue as other people are saying since none of them are forced, and it isn’t too hard to progress without them though still hard.
