The subscription price is a little steep - if I could play the tracks from a website/desktop app it would be more useful. In my search to figure out if I could do that, I discovered the only way to contact MINDTRX was through a support ticket- HUGE red flag. Having done a lot of research, the product - what they “paraliminals” does have value and is one of the more effective self-hypothesis tools. I’m still on the fence if the 100 bucks is really worth it, considering the limited nature of only being able to access tracks on my phone, and the lack of ability to communicate with app developers/MINDTRX team. (I participated in week long free trial)

This app is one of the more unique apps out there for self-help/improvement, but also genuinely one of the most effective I’d say. I mean you can’t go wrong with actually finding real changes in yourself just by playing them consistently in your sleep. Plus layering and timing metaphors with direct hypnotic suggestion is pure genius. The only reason I took off one star is because you can’t access the audios on a desktop, and also because there’s no monthly subscription available.

I only had a trial membership. This is my review for the time I made use of it. I was very familiar with the content before using. The app was fairly easy to use. I really enjoyed the instructional videos. In addition they have occasional guest speakers in video format, which were great. You get access to pretty much all the Paraliminals that Learning strategies has, of which there are many. There is so much good content in this app that you won’t be disappointed.
