I received the hoodie that I ordered, BUT I ordered an Extra Large. I received a Small. I would like to return the small and exchange it for the correct size - extra large. Please let me know how to do this. I do not have the original invoice but my order # was 762467. Thank you.

I order products almost one month ago and paid in full at the time. I still have not received the products, and when asking for a status update I was told to be patient because they are a small company!
I am a small business owner myself and would never say anything like this to a paying customer, especially when I am touting and puffing my chest and screaming to the world “look at me”. If you can’t hang with the big guys or even the small ones for that matter, then you shouldnt be promoting yourself so hard.
Not a great first experience with this company. Definitely my last!
