Doesn’t work can’t download games

It won’t let me charge my account with more time and it won’t let me change my payment type. I’ve been only able to play for zero minutes and half an hour. I mean 30 minutes and zero hours if you read this review please please if you get it, and then you can’t buy anything ju

I seen a few comments about JoyArkCloudGaming on social media so I decided to try it out, bought the subscription and signed into my accounts and nothing happened, Once I load up a game its just blank darkness. Waste of money and time and I wouldn't be surprised if they hack your information.

You get any time you get like three minutes and zero hours and that’s not a lot of time to play a game like when you really get in the zone then your time is up it’s just not really good

Ok so it charged me 14 dollars for the time and everything but I’m just wondering and it may be a stupid question do I have to buy the game to I’m super confused on how to use app don’t want to have to buy the game and then still not be able to play🤷‍♂️

1 out of every 3 games actually work! I deleted it after a week. Most games like 2077 will make random saves and tones of them. MOST IMPORTANT !!! I canceled my membership and they continuously charge me month after month I’ve emailed them 4 times with no response. Scam and they will absolutely steal your money and never message you back

I found out that it takes a Steam account to play games and that you have to log in every time you play, even then once you have gotten logged in you have lost all of your progress from your previous play. Y’all are not clear enough if I could get a refund

Your pay the fee to play games that you purchase off of other launch clients. Like paying for a game multiple times? This is JoyArkCloudGaming for you. Really dumb someone needs to be honest in these reviews instead of lying bots. Remember how much money the Apple Store gets off all purchases. Very sad.

I subscribed to be able to play gta 5 and it keeps telling me to change browser to goggle which I’ve used for the rest of my life and it doesn’t work and I can’t access any game a huge scam if they don’t have free trail they know why because what is shown on advertisements doesn’t work what does work is your credit card going through successfully

Play the game it I will just lose until your time run out the it will send you to a screen where it tells you to pay for hours me personally I just don’t like it because I don’t want to pay 14 99$ just for 5 hours of play time

You gotta buy to even play because of a time restraint and i thought i could play but 2 stars for having the games.

Can’t play it cause I can’t buy a subscription for it. And unless you got money to burn for the subscription service, I’d highly recommend that you just get the games separately. You’ll save more money as well.

I tried to to a monthly plan and it was taking to long to load so I clicked out of it and now it says “unable to accept payment because of risk”

JoyArkCloudGaming is good but it needs to update some stuff like the controls sometimes certain bottoms don’t work when playing the games there’s times where it freezes and you have to restart JoyArkCloudGaming and certain games don’t save progress

Could be better if y’all would add for honor

I thought it was a streaming service but you can just log i to stem accounts and such to buy the game then play

It would’ve been cool if dark deception was on it then I would’ve had more games to play then the usual games JoyArkCloudGaming offers

It’s a great app but I don’t know how to get more playing time

This was the worst gaming experience I’ve ever had. Every brand new controller I used would have issues, paying over $40 as a subscriber and their customer service department takes 3 weeks to respond. These people will take your money and run.

I think it’s not worth it since you have to buy some time only if you can connect your account from ps or Xbox but to pay for it not worth ot

This platform is convenient. There are many big brand products on it. My favorite bar is cheap, especially clothes. I often buy them. 

The mission center where you get free time doesn’t show up anymore so I can’t play please can you fix this bug

I’m actually kinda baffled that this is real. Im extremely impressed. You can actually play console games on your phone. I played elden ring which I thought would look horrible on mobile but it looked the same as on console and runs smoothly. The touch controls take a lot of getting used to but that’s not a big deal. one bad thing tho is it got buggy when trying to play stray. I wasn’t able to play it and I still lost play time. That was annoying but that was only once. Haven’t seen that problem since. Overall a great experience on JoyArkCloudGaming! Definitely recommend everyone give this a try!

I love it i always wanted to play this bc i never had a pc but now i have it. JoyArkCloudGaming made my dreams clme true thank you.

The software feels so reliable. It's reliable. I hope it's worth spending money. It's a great one. It's really reliable and worth using   

It seems that it's good to use. It's good to use. It's addictive when it's late. All kinds of elements and masterpieces are undoubtedly durable. Yes      ​

I can't find any better adjective to express my inner love for it. 

I don’t care how bad this is JoyArkCloudGaming is better than Xbox cloud gaming, GeForce now, and any other cloud gaming
