TivimaxIPTVPlayerPremium is a TiviMate clone but with plenty of bugs. It has little to no maintenance per their releases history. Most of the issues are years old and already reported on their messy Discord channel, moderator promises will get you to pay for the Premium fee but later you realize bugs are never fix. Their only info@ email address is not for support so don’t expect a response and none of their social links on their main site have any content and a few have broken links this is a clear sign they care less about their customers.

The backup function is a joke. You're supposed to be able to save backups to icloud and restore across devices. In reality, if you're fortunate enough to save a backup (doesn't generally work), when trying to restore a device, it fails everytime. I definitely expect more from an app cost as much as this one. The devs don't seem to be putting any effort into fixing bugs like this. DO NOT BUY!

I bought TivimaxIPTVPlayerPremium in error, and immediately asked to cancel and refund. Got a canned email telling me how to implement TivimaxIPTVPlayerPremium . Did not address my issue. I have since sent an email asking for a refund, and got the same automatic response, and no response concerning my issue. Beware, if you need assistance, buy another app

App Freezes and Will Not Play Some Shows. Please fix these issues and provide regular updates like your competitor apps do as TivimaxIPTVPlayerPremium has not been updated in about 6 months. Especially since this is one of the more expensive IPTV Player apps in $$ to purchase the premium edition.

App freezes and I have to close and reopen App. Also does not play some of the shows that easily play on other IPTV player Apps. Plus does not provide options to go back to previous episode or forward to next episode of the shows.

TivimaxIPTVPlayerPremium works as expected. The UI is a little awkard to use but it works none the less. One annoying issue is there is a black bar that spans across the UI at the top of the UI about 100 pixels under the top bar. If that issue was fixed I would rate higher.

I’m not really a bad app, but it’s not consistent as far as the settings. When you ask customer support for the different procedures as to how to set up certain things, what they say either does not work or is inconsistent with what happens when you actually do it. For the amount of money that they charge for TivimaxIPTVPlayerPremium, it should be much better.

I like TivimaxIPTVPlayerPremium . Good alternative to tivimate, but it freezes a lot. Every few seconds. I know it’s not the service. I’m using 2 services and they both freeze like crazy. My fire stick tivimate app doesn’t freeze with the same services. Please fix the freezing. I really like TivimaxIPTVPlayerPremium . Otherwise it’s useless.

App is awesome. Great interface and smooth streaming. Recently, though, the restore backup feature no longer works. Hope it gets fixed soon!

I would love the ability to change the location of the PiP screen. For example, instead of lower right, moving it to top left.

Trying to figure out why on the free Lite version the sound was coming thru on my sound bar as Dolby Audio and sounded louder and clearer…..but on Premium version the sound is coming thru as PCM audio on sound bar??

Much better than most other apps out there and similar to the one I use on my firestick.

Just wish it had PIP so I wouldn’t miss anything during texts and other phone usage.

Not sure why so many are bashing this when you set it up, it works perfectly with all devices. Sure, there are a few qwerks, like the Fav’s can’t be ordered by name, but other than that, it’s a very good replica of TiviMate.

I like TivimaxIPTVPlayerPremium , closest thing to Tivimate but there is no way to exit app unless you swipe up and close it. Also it’s kind of difficult switching back and forth to different menus. Once these issues are fixed it will be perfect

My first instances with companions was with firesticks, and it was the ever so popular TiviMate. So I got used that wonderful app. Then I bought an Apple TV and was crushed to find out that there was no TiviMate for IOS . I’ve been making purchase after purchase to find a companion that offered a similar experience, and I believe I finally found it with TiviMax.

* Developers are very active on their discord channel. Listening to issues, bugs and feature ideas.

* Customizable UI & Remote (Categories, Menus, Guide)

* MULTI-SCREEN!! - literally the most useful feature you can have on an app.

Just a great app. Seems like they update the application often to address any issues users may have. That kind of dedication is well worth the money you’ll pay for TivimaxIPTVPlayerPremium.

Being able to have multiple XC playlists organized in one app with a proper EPG guide is incredible. All other iOS apps are clunky to use and not streamlined. Hopefully mimics Tivimate even more in the future

If you want a solution that looks great and functions well without much tinkering, either of these apps will do. IPTVX fails to provide the cusomtization that Tivimax offers. Appreciate the one time payment option as well

Best app by far! None of the others are even close, this has a search, a live guide, and loads quickly. I’ve bought about 4 other apps and downloaded about 10 free ones, this was worth every penny.

I’ve tried them all (IBO, Smarters, KODI, GSE, IPTV Exp) and this one is by far the best. I have genuinely no idea how this is only rated 3.3 but others are rated better even though they are far worse.

This one works. Interface is clean and slick. I tried the lite version first to ensure it would work and it did.
