I expected there to be an option for multiple languages because SM is so widely known and the groups under SM have many international fans. However, I cannot even register under the app because of the language barrier. SM tweeted about the NCT127 ACE membership and it was included for international fans so why is there not a language option for international fans? I am registered on LYSN and was hoping to transfer everything over to the Kwangya Club app like I was promised I would be able to once I bought the membership, however I do not see a way to be able to do that with this barrier. If this app is to help us connect with the artists and for the artists to be able to connect with ALL fans why are there not all language options? It doesn’t seem like it’s for ALL the fans if it’s just in one language. There is not a Spanish, French, Japanese, Chinese, English, Italian or any other option than Hangul. I understand that these artists are Korean which makes sense that the app is in Hangul but if, like stated before, this app is for EVERYONE, why is there not an option for everyone to be included? Nowhere in downloading this app did it say it only had one language option. I feel deceived by this misinformation

I have an ACE membership with SHINee from Lysn app which is linked to my account on my computer and when I put my login info in on the app on my phone I get “ID or Password are incorrect”.

I’m literally copying and pasting the information from my saved info that lets me login on my computer and it’s telling me it’s incorrect. If there’s any customer service, it’s all in Korean so I can’t even access it and it isn’t easy to find in the first place. Help in other languages is definitely needed!

Accidentally left the club after my ace registration. Then when I could finally join again they took away my ace. What makes it even better is if I try to register another ace it says I already have it but my account shows basic. Terrible app. Wish I could leave no stars
