I started this game just a few days after launch and fell in love, dishing out for some of the bundles and spending far more than I should for any mobile game. All was fine until somehow a coin purchase appeared on my screen that I did not initiate, taking all my jade I wanted to use on the new ninja summon. I did not use any of the coin and immediately opened a ticket requesting a reversal.
This was just a jade currency return, not cash. I was met with robotic responses saying they couldn’t reverse the transaction despite me ensuring I didn’t touch any of the purchased coin. I gave them a couple of extra chances while indicating I could no longer trust any further investments into the game and they would lose a paying customer, but each response was just the same parroting. Such a shame, because this game struck a chord with me, and I just wasted over $200 on a game company with crap customer service. Good luck if anything goes wrong for you …

Another great game ruined by all the superfluous crap you have to do that has nothing to do with actually playing the game. I downloaded this game because it looked cool and the gameplay looked fun. However, you have to wade through so much pointless junk- collecting daily rewards, upgrading weapons, picking teammates, opening reward chests, collecting more daily rewards, sending pets on missions, reading notices, learning skills, participating in races, collecting even more daily rewards, responding to chats (and being forced to send out chat requests), oh and did I mention that there are even MOAR daily rewards you have to collect? I’m not joking, I have FOUR separate daily login rewards to collect. All together I counted 16- SIXFREAKINGTEEN different notices for things that I had to go click on or do and NOT A SINGLE ONE OF THEM HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH ACTUALLY PLAYING THE GAME!!! I’m not exaggerating, it really is that ridiculously absurd, and it just ruins what otherwise would have been a fantastic game.

I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because once you wade through all the useless crap and actually get to play the game it is pretty fun, and it looks fantastic. Give me a little more actual gameplay and much less of everything else and maybe I’ll come back and play again, but as for now I’m done. Sayonara.

Although I love the game. Its a cash grab. Any game that shows you "offers or deals" before you even play the game is trying to take your money. Its a paytowin game the progress you make playing for free is obsolete compared with the people that spend there money. So dont waste your time or money on this game bc these developers just want to take it and run. There is no future for this game, I know its new but for it to be this new and so polished its so painfully obvious that there strategy was to just bait and switch. Once the developers have leeched off of you enough they take it off the appstore. So I am giving this 4 stars. 4 for the iniative and -1 for there greediness.
