It took for ever to finally connect app to my fire stick. It lags between when you press the app buttons and the stick performing what you wanted. Each time you press something it takes about a second for the stick to do something. So if you want to move across 10 items on the stick it takes ten seconds to perform all ten items. To bites waiting to everything to happen. I don’t recommend this app at all!!!

So I got this app bc my remote isn’t working. I’ve tried new batteries, everything it told me on the screen, even smacking it a few times. Nothing. So I was like “ok I’ll get the app”. Aside from the fact you have to PAY TO EVEN USE THE APP (after the free trial that is only 3 days), you NEED your remote to connect it to your tv! I assume most people downloading this is bc they’re remote doesn’t work (like me) or is lost. Either way, I can’t use my remote to “get an ip” or “debug” or anything like that,so if your phone doesn’t connect immediately and you have no remote then you’re screwed. AND REMEMBER you have to PAY to use this app. Anyways, this is my 13th reason.

The lag time between pressing the action and it actually populating is absurd. Purchased this app for $40 because my physical remote was draining a set of batteries every one to two days. Although I checked the box to “remember this device” still have to do check the box every time when opening the app…. Here’s the kicker, need to use the physical remote to check the dang box that says remember this device. So I still need the actual remote. Just ordered a new remote, hope the new one does t drain the batteries too 😡🤬🫣😵
