TOOK MY MONEY FOR UNWANTED SUBSCRIPTION

I was signed up for a subscription through this app that I myself did not sign up for. I was charged $86 and Apple is not able to refund me because they state that the app developer doesn’t allow it. I don’t use this app nor need it and have paid for a yearly subscription I have not been able to get refunded for. I haven’t been able to contact anyone from the app for a refund at all and haven’t received a reply from them.
Overall worthless

There is no way to put in allergies or dietary restrictions. I’m allergic to tree nuts and I don’t eat certain foods due to religious restrictions. There is absolutely no way to not have these foods constantly be included in the recipes. You are able to swap foods…but only if you pay for a subscription, you can’t even look at the recipe to make the food unless you pay.
Too much attention with NO reward

App requires extraordinary attention to be effective. In addition, and most distressing, several attempts to cancel have been unsuccessful. This entire travesty feels like a fraud out of Singapore. Attempts to resolve following app described cancellation process have proven to be impossible to fulfill. Sent complaint to Apple - they shouldn’t expose their clients to possible fraud.
