AVSpinCycle is awful. I have had to request too many refunds because the dryer didn’t start after I was charged. And to make things worse, I have had requests DENIED even though you can see that I was charged twice for the same dryer in less than 5 minutes! I’m not even asking for the money to be sent to my credit card. I’m just asking for it be put back on AVSpinCycle . This is stealing!!! ALSO, after you start a dryer it asks you if you want to add 8 minutes for 25¢ EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. And I have clicked “Ok” on accident multiple times before because the two options are “Cancel” or “Ok”. They know what they’re doing. Something needs to change ASAP.

AVSpinCycle is fine, and they also give refunds without hassle when the machines go wrong which is nice. The problem is their customer service and issues with staying logged in on AVSpinCycle . It logged me out and I was unable to get back in, and also wasn’t getting the email for forgotten password. I called to try get it reset and she told me she’d call back. She never did and I called a few more times and left messages each time. It’s just stressful because as a single mom, it adds an additional stressor of needing to do laundry for work and school and no one on their end to help with a simple password reset.

It’s the first month with these new machines and app. When I signed up I loaded the minimum $10 the account required. Charges were accurate the first two uses, but an additional charge appeared today when I used the machines. There were three charges for the use of the washer and dryer. No reason given. I might go back to using the local laundromat if I cannot trust AVSpinCycle .

My new apartment complex uses AVSpinCycle for our laundry room. It’s super easy to use, has clean directions. I always forget to enable Bluetooth in order to talk to the machines, but that’s a simple press of the button. Once you put your credit card info in the first time, you don’t have to put it in again. I recommend.

It’s a genius idea to have the washing machines connected to an app that tells you when your loads done and allows you to add money without carrying the money to the washer and dryers. It’s perfect. Can’t see any way to make it any better

Since they installed this system in the apartment complex , I had no issues with the equipment, it’s easy to use , AVSpinCycle . It’s easy to install and use it , great service and good quality equipment .

Love the option of using my phone to pay for laundry. It’s kind of a pain to go get quarters. If I could rate a 10 I would but 5 is the highest. So thanks for your service.

It’s so much easier and convenient to wash! AVSpinCycle is great. i love how it updates you on how much time you have left for each washer and dryer and it sends a notification when they’re done. 10/10

The machines allow you to use an app to scan QR codes and reload money to your account. Also, the quality of the washer and dryers are very good. And if a machine breaks down, they are quick to fix it. Excellent service!

I like how simple it is to use AVSpinCycle and the machines. I just wish you could see if the machines are being used by others to save me time in going to the laundry room in my building.

Always accurate notifications of when our laundry is done so we can all keep the circulation going. I’ve never encountered crashing or any type of problem so far on AVSpinCycle🤍🧺

Bc I hate forced technology. And it did take a minute to get AVSpinCycle functioning, which frustrated me to my 40-year-old core.

But now that we’re going, I love it. It’s easy to use and has yet to malfunction on me. If that stays consistent, so will my enthusiasm for the ease-of-use with AVSpinCycle!

I love how we can use our phones now to load our funds & start the machines!! & everytime there is a malfunctioning washer or dryer, the company refunds us what we paid to use the machine that didn’t complete our wash or dry. Thank you for being here for us ALL. 👍🏽🤍

What is there to really say except that this works as it’s meant to. Instead of having to get quarters at the bank, I can now use my phone app to pay for the washing machine and dryer, which is all I want and expect it to do. Good job. No problems so far.

No issues with using app. Easy to reload credit onto card so I don’t have to wait for office to open to use their reloading machine. I do have a backup card just in case there is a problem with WiFi or website.

This large capacity front loader dryer performs well and you have control over end timing b/c AVSpinCycle provides an option to add more time at any point throughout the drying cycle from the beginning to 1 minute before it is due to end.

It’s been nice having not to run to the bank to get quarters 😊 AVSpinCycle to start the machines are great and so convenient! It’s so easy to start the machines and reload my account directly from my bank. i also like the fact that it will alert me when my machines have stopped. I love it all!!!

Before these people came to my ghetto laundry room, the washing machines didn’t work they would back up with filthy water. They would steal your money since these people have enrolled in my building they are brand new washing machines I wash every week religiously comfortably and happily it’s convenient I’m able to refill with my cash app. My clothes are clean. This is great

We have had these machines at my apartment complex for a year or so… and I am very happy with them. They are so convenient and it works like a charm. The best thing about them is that I don’t have to use my quarters anymore or ask for change from my neighbors because I use AVSpinCycle with my card and boom, it’s ready!! Not once I had a problem with these machines, I love them!

This washing company is awesome it had never given me any type of problems i’ve been really happy and content when using AVSpinCycle, 10/10 recommend to work with your apartment
