I thought this app would help me keep track of my drinking but in reality when I am out I forget or do not have time to keep on opening the app to keep count of what I am drinking. I feel that it is rather pointless if I can just do this on my notes app or on the health app that is already installed on my iphone.

Love this app- I don’t come across a lot of habit tracking apps that work for me. I get lazy or forget about them. This app does such a good job of keeping me on track and helping me reduce my drinking in a way that works for me. I get to invite my friends, learn my triggers, and don’t feel pressured to quit or judged. Couldn’t recommend more!
