I downloaded it and I was excited for 3 seconds until it said I had to subscribed to it. What? No where in the beginning was there and in app cost. I went back to look at it again from the top to the very bottom of the page. There is was down to to fine details. I normally don’t scroll down unless I’m interested in other thing about it especially if it had the in app cost state in the title area. The one star is for that miss leading part.

It made me pick a subscription so I picked 1 month. Am I going to keep getting charged now? There is no way to unsubscribe! You can’t click on anything on the screen to get back to a menu. I’m not happy about this. Please tell me how to cancel my subscription!

How it switches from map and compass and camera and compass is A++++. Unfortunately that’s all there is, it’s missing many things that in my opinion (however little that’s worth) it needs. As of now, you can’t download offline maps, you can’t set waypoints and set that perfect arrow to point you in the right direction, the camera and compass has no pinpoint/reticle nor a zoom function to accurately acquire an azimuth. I have a free app that already does that. When i first opened CompassDirection it gave me about 30 seconds before it forced me to purchase a plan to continue using it, I got the lifetime plan half off for 13 or 14 so I’ll keep it to see if it becomes better in the future.

You must PAY for CompassDirection before you are allowed time to test or try it out. For all I know it’s a perfectly good app but I can’t tell because I CAN’T even try it out. Seriously, relax this and let us see what we’re buying first. Screen caps don’t tell you how well it works or what the live experience is like.

The compass App looks great for me. I bought the lifetime license about half year ago. But when I installed it on my new iPhone, it forced me to buy the license again. I tried many times to click “Restore”. It just doesn’t work.

The description you put down, does not say anything about pricing. I thought you could at least try CompassDirection first but you don’t even have that. people can download this thing and you can brag about that.

When I started, it was great! Coming home today it was 90 degrees off. I restarted my phone and that didn’t help. Very disappointed. It seemed like a good app.

Don’t have your app be free to download and then charge to use it. Just be honest and say it costs a specific amount to use your app and let people decide whether they want to pay for it. It is basically the same as the iPhone Apple compass with a speedometer, but I can’t even try the speed feature since it did not alert me I would only be able to use the stupid app for about 1 minute before it would go to a screen asking me for money. Horrible.
