FlowSavvy is the best of the auto time-blocking scheduling apps I’ve tried and overall I really like and use it daily as my day planner, but don’t love it.

- I move my tasks for the day around a lot during the day and change the length of these tasks. FlowSavvy doesn’t automatically adjust the times of my other tasks when I do this. I have to manually do stuff on FlowSavvy to make everything line up, which makes FlowSavvy more fiddly than it needs to be.

- No iOS calendars synch for those who don’t use Google calendars.

- Wish there was an Apple Watch app so I don’t have to look at my phone to see how much time is has passed on the current task and when and how much time to the next task.

I've recently been looking for an app exactly like this, I was making a time blocked schedule manually and thought to myself "what if there was an app that could do xyz with this and that feature etc..."

So I found FlowSavvy, and it is literally exactly what I was looking for. It has a clean ui, useful features that don't feel overwhelming or complicated, and it gets the job done well.

I definitely plan on buying premium and hope to see how FlowSavvy can develop further in the future!

I have tried multiple scheduling programs. This is the only one that I’ve actually used for more than a couple of days. It is easy to add tasks as they occur to me. It is a very robust app, but my favorite part is re-calculate. It automatically moves tasks to another time if I don’t get to them. Did I mention that it integrates with Google calendar? As close to perfect as it gets!

I absolutely love FlowSavvy! I needed something to help with managing a few different calendars and a mountain of to-do’s. Flow savvy task scheduler helps me stay organized and has decreased my level of overwhelm and anxiety so much! You can tell it to schedule certain tasks only after others have been completed. I am a small business owner and a full time graduate student and I can’t vouch for flow savvy enough!

I have tried so many other calendar/task apps and this is the one I’ve been looking for, where have you been all my life!! ❤️ Balancing everything between my full-time job, being a mom, and also a gigging musician, FlowSavvy allows me customize it in all the ways I need, both professionally and personally!! The UI is exactly what I like, and it’s so easily customizable. Thank you for creating this!!!!!!!!!!!

So many scheduling apps just add a bunch of features trying to be everything to everybody and end up looking like the homer car. FlowSavvy gives a focused set of features that satisfy most people’s needs presented in a capably designed UI. Where it departs from familiar UI idioms — like where you can copy time blocks to different days of the week— it’s simple, intuitive, and well-considered. I’m quite impressed.

Very simple and easy to use and inexpensive. I have the paid version. I tell FlowSavvy everything I have to do and how long it would take to get done, FlowSavvy gives me a schedule up to 8 weeks out (default 3 weeks. You have to change it in settings)
It even has categories that you can make so that FlowSavvy schedules your tasks only at certain times and days.

I‘ve used Schezzy from the beginning and it’s been amazing! Using it saved me during the school year when I needed to prioritize assignments and schedule when I’d work on them. The integration with Google calendar was awesome because I could use Siri to create events as they happened and then Schezzy would account for them in organizing my tasks. If you need to coordinate a lot of tasks around classes or meetings, Schezzy’s the best solution I’ve found.

I've always been an overthinker, scheduling to much and not getting what I want done. However, FlowSavvy has changed everything, I no longer feel overwhelmed, stressed, or worried that I won't get a task done. It seems that FlowSavvy almost has everything whilst having a simple design and interface. This is by far the best calendar app out here that schedules everything for you and finds the perfect time for everything. I can't wait to see what the future has for this app.

This is a fantastic app, it’s exactly what I was looking for in Skedpal (namely the automatic time blocking), with many of the features, but able to actually be used free?? Honestly, I really want to support FlowSavvy and get the paid version, if there was a lifetime option you’d have me in a heartbeat. I completely understand the subscription model for continual support (and it’s fairly cheap too which is great), it’s just not in my cards at the moment, but the functionality is still great even if you only use the free features.
As someone with difficulty keeping on task due to chronic migraines, being able to auto adjust my times is a godsend when I have to drop everything and lie down. I wish there was a way of bulk changing due dates, or even an “add x days” to push items back, but I know that’s just my use case. Additionally, it would be awesome if down the road a natural language option was implemented in the inbox, so it could fill out some of the options when you do go to schedule it.
I can’t wait to see how it keeps evolving, and hope to be able to support FlowSavvy soon. Keep up the good work!

Update: one month in. Has one of the least steep learning curves of one of these types of apps. That said, FlowSavvy is very powerful and has tremendous potential! Designed more for the individual user versus a team, pluses include an intuitive clean schedule user interface, the ability to add both fixed time and automatically scheduled tasks, a relatively intuitive way to add events and tasks, and a bit more intelligent way of organizing (and now prioritizing!) the events throughout the day versus just slamming you with all the events at the beginning of it each day. Oh and extremely responsive developers! That said, It really needs the ability to interact directly (complete, snooze, recalculate, even just go to) with the task being notified with the push notifications, it also really needs the addition of interactive push notifications for the Web app, Siri integration, and could use a more muted color UI option (my weird blue green color blindness would be less grumpy).

I wish more people knew about FlowSavvy. You cannot beat the price point. And better than Motion. Friendly to use on phone and the same in web.
I have 2 wishes. If you can manage these, you would be perfect.

1. If you could set up dependencies for recurring tasks that would be amazing. (not that I’ve seen anybody else achieve this)

2. The option of viewing the schedule as a list would be great for small tasks that don’t take up a lot of room on the traditional view. If I could toggle between the 2 easily that would be ideal.

Lastly, sometimes the algorithm doesn’t work perfectly. It will say a task can’t be completed, but I can see if things were rearranged it should work. I work around that by completing tasks and then auto-reschedule fixes itself.

I realize these are very nit picky. You guys are the best there is out there. Thank you.

Holy smokes!!! Absolutely amazing!! I’m highly visual and have ADHD.. FlowSavvy is remarkable. You can see tasks and events in calendar view(!!) (no more multiple parts of FlowSavvy to find things)

The AI reschedules EVERYTHING when life throws a curve ball. Holy smokes… I’m just totally blown away there’s a planning app that works with my brain and not against it. Oh btw, the whole things is extremely user friendly. What I mean is, no more hyper detail settings. It’s all quick add features like the iPhone calendar we all grew up with.

They’re at the forgot of scheduling technology. This company is going to surpass all the others in no time.

So I have tried almost every to do list and productivity app out there. I am a tough critic. Most don’t last for more than a couple days before I ditch it. I’ve been using FlowSavvy to help with scheduling now for over a year. It is so unique! I love that it combines to do list with time blocking on a calendar! The challenge with time blocking is that if you get behind your schedule it throws off the entire thing. FlowSavvy has resolved that by easily re-distributing the tasks whenever you need to! It is so user-friendly and clean. Each update gets better and better I can’t even imagine how incredible Schezzy will evolve to be!!

I learned about FlowSavvy on a Reddit thread, and after less than a day of use, it’s already helped me tremendously! I was using two other apps simultaneously to keep track of my life, and now I’ve consolidated into this one. I’m already more productive and organized because of this app.

To top it off, their customer service is incredibly helpful and friendly! I couldn’t believe that I got an actual human response within the same morning I submitted a question, and my issue was solved right away.

I’m excited to see the new features that will be added in the future. Thank you, this app, for all that you do!

FlowSavvy seems to have almost everything I could ever need for scheduling stuff. There’s stuff it has that I would’ve never even thought about but it turns out its super useful. There is one thing wrong with it though. You can’t set a max duration for how long you want to work on a task at once. This will lead to FlowSavvy blocking out 9 hours in a row for a project, when I can’t work productively for 9 hours straight. Please add support for a max duration! The longest I can work without losing my focus is probably about 3 hours. If I could set a max duration to be 3 hours, that would make FlowSavvy perfect.

Time management is one of the most difficult problems to tackle in the modern world, and this app is without a doubt the best solution I have found for it. Its simple to use, and simple to follow. It accommodates for changes, and keeps me on track through every different facet of my life. It gives me freedom to do even more.

In addition to that the customer service offered by the developers is top notch. Every single issue I’ve ever had I just file a simple ticket, and with a couple of quickly responded to messages later they have the issue fixed and corrected in my system. The accountability they have and the passion they put into their product is unbeatable.

FlowSavvy has seriously turned my life around. I was constantly spending too much time trying to figure out what I would do when and then if things came up, trying to rearrange my to-do list was discouraging and time consuming. This thing complements my brain perfectly. I love that it syncs with my calendar so it automatically schedules around things I already have and then it just places things on my calendar and rearranges them without me having to worry about it. It automatically prioritizes things that either have a higher marked priority or that are due sooner, and it schedules them earlier in the week rather than later so there’s still a little wiggle room when things don’t go as planned. I am in love with FlowSavvy and will happily pay for it forever for the level of organization and sanity it has given to my life. Seriously.

I love auto-scheduling apps! It takes geniuses to factor in priorities/available time/preferred times etc. My work calendar is imported/subscribed from When I Work, I appreciate the ability of converting the dates to “busy” and scheduling events around it. For repeated tasks, I notice that I can change task time slot to “all day” just for a specific busy day while keeping the rest say at “mornings” and when my morning starts clearing up, the task will be auto schedule back to the preferred time (am). Lots of thoughts and functions have been put into FlowSavvy! Well worth the subscription! Developers are also super responsive if you have trouble with making the schedule do what you want. (There are a few tricks to know with the algorithms) One minor request (and it is cosmetic): may I have more pastel version of colors, esp of the red, yellow and green. 😆. Would like to look at the schedule and have a palette that somehow goes together 🤔. Thank you again for such a awesome app!

I honestly can’t say enough about FlowSavvy. The simple fact that I’m taking time to write this review shows how important FlowSavvy is to my daily workflow. I tried using others such as motion, but they were so overrun with all sorts of other non-essential distractions and complicated interfacesthat I had to find something else that combined AI with my calendar. I am incredibly thankful that FlowSavvy exists as it is making the management of my day so much easier. Keep it up and keep it focused!!
