Misleading company
Clearly states on the website that approved contacts works with Gabb phone but it doesn’t. Only works with Gabb watch and company won’t refund you without a huge $50 restocking fee. Buyer beware.

Can’t even open the app
Set up my daughter’s phone yesterday for the first time. Was able to message for a few minutes then it just stopped working altogether. Unable to even get past the opening screen without it just freezing. Have deleted and reinstalled twice without success. Frustrated with the Gabb experience already.

App crashes
I was only able to actually use the app once. The app crashes every time I open it. I have deleted and reinstalled and it is the same thing. Also I could only get one of my children’s info on it the one time it worked. This seems like a great idea - and I can’t wait for it to be more stable.
