If I could rate this game as a minus 10, I would - because of the almost-constant appearance of ads. I started out liking it, in large part because it reminds me of a similar game with 2 Italian brothers, a much less convoluted version of that game’s current edition. However, within the last week, I have come to hate this game because there are so many ads, which distracts and detracts from the game. For example, there is an ad after the first jump that Tribe Boy makes, literally after he jumps and before he completes the jump. That is ridiculous. Also, the speed of the program is too slow in moving from the ads to the course. So - I am done. As soon as I finish this review, I will delete this ad-filled “game”. It is not a game, really: it’s only a screen for showing ads. Don’t waste your time.

I can’t even get a game play in without an ad pop up. As soon as I start running an ad. Then when I hit the first block an ad. Way to many ads to even get to play. Put less ads and I’ll reconsider playing it. But for now deleting it. Looked like it would have been fun if I could actually play without an ad every 10 seconds.

I downloaded the game because I saw an ad for it and it looked fun, and the game is, and if you want to pay for the game to be ad free then the game is tons of fun, however from the “free to play” side, it had a constant ad banner that block the bottom part of the screen, and it never goes away. You will die multiple times from unseen enemies or spike falls due to this, I am not against ads, just a constant banner that blocks the screen is terrible, why not just play an ad after you complete a level or two, it makes no sense. It ruins a game that could be honestly pretty good

Hello. I am not a lawyer, I’m not even in college, but I believe that JungleAdventure needs to be deleted or removed from JungleAdventure Store! I was playing a game on my iPad and a ad showed up. It said that it was a adventure game called Jungle Boy. I was watching the ad, and what I thought was Mario showed up, wearing the outfit Mario is known for. The player started to run, and it hit a mystery box, just like in Mario. And out of it came a red mushroom that made you bigger, just like in Mario. There was this monster, and to kill it you had to jump on it, just like in Mario. I decided to think nothing of it, and went on playing my game. When the next ad appeared, it was for this game again. It was a different ad. I saw Peach and Bowser from Mario. Just like in the beginning of Super Mario Brothers Games, Bowser took Peach and threw Mario. Oh, and by the way, they used the same appearance for all the characters from Mario but different names. This is not ok. Do you even have a license from Nintendo or anything? Who are you? If I could give JungleAdventure zero stars I would.

Difficult to play when banner ads at the bottom cover the screen so that you can’t see what’s in the bottom quarter of the screen.
Because of the ads before, during and after game play, it’s just not worth it to me. The controls have been pushed up to the bottom third of the screen and your fingers cover the action

I immediately paid the fee to remove ads for my kid’s app. As soon as you get the ‘your purchase it all set’ pop up, GUESS WHAT HAPPENS?!?! You get an ad pop up!!! Before EVERY LEVEL, a pop up, AFTER every level, AN AD VIDEO!!!

There is absolutely NO REDUCTION IN AD VIDEOS when you Pay to remove ads!!! This is a total gd pay scam

Honestly it’s ridiculous. I purchased the adfree upgrade and it’s completely a lie. You hit certain bricks, you watch an ad. You jump on this thing or that and there’s an ad. Unless I’m doing something wrong, the upgrade seems like a scam.

The game is really wonderful but you have ads write below the arrow keys. I lost a life, my stars, AND my Dino. I just stopped playing. I was distracted several times however losing my Dino was terrible.

If you fix this I’ll make it five stars and edit my review. You can play ads every three min. It’s just a suggestion. Pls remove the place of the ads.

This game is horrible when it comes to the ad placement. I paid the 3.99 for no ads. It just removed the overwhelmingly looming bar at the bottom of the screen. I understood that if you want to power up or change skins, ads had to be watched but it’s still ridiculous! I’d pay for the game to have no ads at all! But then ads would pop up as I played. I would be in the middle of a challenge and I was forced into an ad! Instead of the game being put in mute, pause mode or player put back into safe position, the game was still in play mode and I would lose a life, the score or have to restart the level. I chose to play this game to chill out and enjoy a fun game. Instead it’s nerve wracking, ignorant and took my money! If I could put a zero for the score I would! And it’s sad because the game could be fun but IT IS NOT FUN AT ALL!

Too many ads and it crashes in the middle of levels. Then you reopen it and it starts over the level.
It’s fun and reminds me of my childhood playing super Mario bros, but definitely not the same. I’d rather pull out my old game boy if I wanted to play that bad, because the game boy doesn’t crash or make you watch videos 🙃

Game is fun. Few things need fixed.

1. The ad banner at the bottom during game play. This banner blocks the game so you can’t see what is below. When using the motion controls sometimes information in the ad banner will highlight and come up with options to copy.

2. The watch ad box during the game. If you jump into it the ad will play. Some of these boxes are hidden off screen so you can’t avoid it when hitting a big jump.

3. Ads comes up even when exiting main menu items.

With no physical buttons on the iPhone it’s not as practical as a game boy, plus only some of the levels were a good challenge for an adult who likes video games. Most were way too easy (clearly a kids game) and maybe one or two were borderline impossible if you wanted to find all 3 stars. Also way too many commercials. I play with the internet turned off which means I can’t use any of the additional features.

My son loves this game and overall it’s great. I decided to pay for ad removal, and upon doing so was prompted with ads lol.

I’d love to get my $4 back given in my opinion “removing ads” actually removes them, not just taking out the initial add to play while still having banner and other pop up ads.

I like the game but I HATE that the ads are on the play screen across the bottom. I CONSTANTLY hit them while trying to play. It also gets in the way of seeing the floor sometimes if there is possibly any thing that can hurt you. Ie. spikes or crawling things.

The onscreen ads are in the way! It’s hard to focus on the game with that big ad banner covering the bottoms of the screen. It’s hard to press some of the buttons because it is hidden by that annoying banner. The game play is fun though.

The bottom of the screen is blocked by an ad that never goes away. The character dies when going into danger zones which can’t be seen.
Bonuses requiring an ad to watch can’t be declined because the bottom screen covers that option.
An excellent game but too frustrating to play with the blocked area. Disappointing.

Now I can’t use characters designed for level. Says Ads are unavailable so now I’m not able to ride the dinosaurs or rinos since I can’t watch the ads because I spent money to not have ads. I actually have less options now that I spent money. 😞🤦🏼‍♀️

I enjoyed the game play, there are a few levels that have issues, 42 & 56 you can’t pass no matter what you do so I just skipped them. A few of them getting all 3 stars is impossible to do. Sometimes the gameplay gets glitched and it kills you for no reason or makes you move in a way you didn’t do.

It’s a great game until level 19 where you can’t find the 3rd star. Walk through shows it as the first caterpillar but it’s not there. There also looks to be more levels but mine is locked after 26

If there weren’t so many ads I. The middle of every level. You can’t concentrate when that happens. Developers need to play a while and think like the Pubic for once. This is aggravating 🙄

This games is cute and fun except that the adds are at the bottom of the screen where the controls are and I keep accidentally hitting the adds and they pop up in the middle of the game. While the adds shouldn’t be on the game screen at all, at least put them at the top of the screen so that they don’t interfere with the controls and the game play.

Yeah it is a Mario-ish, game. But that’s because we cannot get Mario on our phones. (We get a crappy version that’s nothing like the control of it you had when you were a kid, thanks Nintendo). This game is great it saw a whole in the market and filled it. I just cannot stand that I have to watch ads for everything. Force me to buy coins, to purchase upgrades or make me pay for no ads! I will do it. Get rid of the ads PLEASE!

The add at the bottom of the screen that you can’t make go away gets in the way soooooo much. I accidentally click it constantly. Can move that ad to top!? Not near the move buttons!?!?

Cool game. Reminds me of a name brand game I played when I was a kid. It’s pretty good, only complaint is the number of ads that pop up are toooooo much too frequent, maybe space them out a bit more..

I give five star because this game is so fun to play and it taught me how to never give up! And I love all the levels I love the lever that has the dinosaur 🦖 the most and whoever reads this I just want to say… never!give!up😁😁😁😁

I was in the middle of a game when all of a sudden tribe boy popped up looked interesting so I downloaded it and gave it a try so far so good but like i said in the beginning ads of other games pop up so distracting when your in the middle of a game but I like the face that I can interact with the games to see if I like . But I’m disappointed as well because I can’t play my game all the way though . But good selling point. It works🤔

It was so fun i loved it so much and it’s more fun than the other games 10/10 love it we’ll play it forever

I absolutely love this game. I’ve been looking for a mobile game that feels genuine and just like remembered. This is it! There’s no reason to keep the other games that do not compare.

I love this game so much this game is super fun. It’s also a little hard but the Dino is so fun like it’s always super fun. I only had this game for like one day.

It gives you power ups. It lets you change your skin and it’s just such a fun game. I love it. I got it but there’s one thing it’s not the best at takes a long time to load.

This game was fun!! Reminded me of Mario but less hard. Didn’t take long to complete all 100 levels three stars each. I just wish there were more levels!!

Really enjoy the game just absolutely cannot stand the ads and the fact you have to pay to remove them. Gets very frustrating and I think a lot of people will stop playing just based on so many ads but other than that it’s great :)

Love this game but hate all the bugs with him stopping and finally starting again. Have finished the game so need more levels.

Pretty good game wish there where more levels or secret levels. Also lately the game play is very choppy , for lack of a better term.

It’s a rip off of Mario. but sometimes you don’t feel like turning on your old school Nintendo
