I purchased PlantDiseaseDiagnosisApp to get some advise about the of my plants . I was traveling for the past two months and when I came home, one plant was dead and two others were not doing well. I followed the instructions and when I submitted the photos all I got was watering issues . I already ok ew that and then it says pay more money for more help . What a total scam . I sent two emails to this company and requested a refund and explained the situation. One brief response from an employee that asked what information was I looking for ! Terrible service and terrible app! I literally canceled PlantDiseaseDiagnosisApp after about 20 minutes and still no refund!

I downloaded PlantDiseaseDiagnosisApp and took a shot of my sick cucumber. It was mis identified and then said the plant was healthy-/wrong. So I tried my tomatoes. PlantDiseaseDiagnosisApp named it a cucumber and said it too was healthy! Wrong again. Deleted app and need to figure out how to get my subscription cancelled.

I purchased PlantDiseaseDiagnosisApp on 6/4/23. Added my Snake plant for a diagnosis. Only to receive a (probable) diagnosis. That is not what I paid for.
I canceled my subscription on 6/4/23. I tried to use the contact us link and it wouldn’t send my message. I had send a email on the computer stating what happened. I also asked for a refund and I have not heard from these people.

I thought PlantDiseaseDiagnosisApp was going to tell me what the disease was and the remedy. Instead I got probabilities of what it could be. Disappointed.

Purchased PlantDiseaseDiagnosisApp to diagnose problems with two of our pines. It said both were healthy despite the fact I am looking at brown needles and drooping branches. A waste of money.

Took very clear pictures of two different plants and PlantDiseaseDiagnosisApp couldn’t recognize them and kept wanting more pictures. Or just access to all my pictures???? If I could give zero stars I would .
App removed.

I keep taking pictures and it’s giving me COMPLETELY wrong plants. It keeps telling me my dahlias are potatoes and everything just has “watering issues”. I’d like my money back. PlantDiseaseDiagnosisApp support button doesn’t work either and the contact us emails never send!!!!

I’ve been trying all of the plant problem ID apps and some work better than others - some just say “plant looks healthy” which obviously it’s not. With no free trial (even a day) or free tries to see if it works, PlantDiseaseDiagnosisApp can’t be evaluated without paying for at least a month.

I have not found PlantDiseaseDiagnosisApp to be as helpful as I had hoped. It’s not specific enough in the diagnosis and treatment of diseased or distressed plants.
It’s not worth the price and very hard to cancel your subscription.

PlantDiseaseDiagnosisApp is free but to get any diagnostics you have to pay a subscription. That’s not immediately clear from PlantDiseaseDiagnosisApp Store.
