I got the game a week agoAnd I really enjoyed and then every day after I made a purchase I got kicked off three times yesterday twice today when I sign back in tonight after being kicked off again I lost everything I had over 2 million coins and 7000 gems I and they haven't fixed anything or helped me,
I will not let this go till I get a refund on my purchases and coins

Stuck on the loading screen. When I first played it, it was great. Very colorful and controls were easy enough. But switching between screens cause it to slow down. Now when I open the game it gets stuck on the loading screen and really heats up my phone. Too bad this game looked really promising.
