Fraudulent charge no refund

I was informed by my bank for a charge from this app for a yearly subscription which I had not purchased any subscriptions from anyone in the past three years and when I called this sound amplifier and Apple support they told me I could not get any money back because I gave them the ok. False. First of all what company talks like that and uses that kind of lingo in a business setting? Anyways I have an investigation still pending against this.

In order to use it you must subscribe to one of their memberships. Good luck canceling it if you want to. In order to cancel they ask you to give them your name and email. The process of canceling takes way too much time
