If we are paying money to see content that’s promised to us with dates then that’s what I need to be getting not y’all waiting another month so y’all can charge my card smh the only good show on there that was good was big lex and even when she didn’t release the show on time she gave us two episodes the next week .

Entertaining shows but y’all need more content and better quality equipment. The camera person is all over the place !!! If we’re paying $ y’all need to invest in better quality cameras and keep it still so we can actually watch the show without feeling dizzy!!

They took my money haven’t been able to login or get my money back at all they are scammers it’s no direct way to to reach them I’ve look for a customer service number it’s not one provided the links to the pages they give you don’t work I want my money back immediately
I have my subscription on auto however when you guys updated the app it asking me to resubscribe when my current month isnt over until the 22nd of feb.
I literally just subscribed to now that’s TV Jan 22nd said i didn’t have to pay til feb 22nd confirmation email and everything.. i log back in Jan 31 it’s saying plus now and not lettn me watch no shows i mean come on now! I shouldn’t have to pay twice in a one month! Nasty work and i liked this app but back to Zeus i go ✌🏾
I just tried to subscribe to now that's tv plus it took 9.94 from me and then said 6.37 was declined not enough funds but it took 9.94 out I have the statememt that now that's tv took the money and I'm still not subscribed to it why did it even change to now that's tv plus when I was paying for now that's tv period
I have been a customer since the app started and you guys upgraded the app and signed me out and when trying to log back in you guys would not let me. I paid for my subscription on Jan 18th 2024 and i even tried to reset my password and yall stated u sent me an email to do so and i never received 1. Either i need my money back for the month i paid for or i need to be let into my account. This was VERY unprofessional and i need answers. There is no way to contact the app AT ALL! Like how do u take my money then lock my account and dont have no way to contact? Smh
