If I could use 1AAuto it might be okay.

App is terrible for anyone who actually knows what’s wrong with their car. Is built for a toddler rather than an adult with a tool set.

First I was sent the wrong mirrors, then took it to UPS to return, only to find out I have to pay $90 for the return. I could have bought the ones with the correct plug from AUTO ZONE and have heated power mirrors for the same price. So now I’m stuck with manual mirrors that aren’t heated BECAUSE I AM NOT GOING TO PAY $90 DOLLARS TO RETURN SOMETHING THAT SHOULD BE PAID FOR BY THE COMPANY (THIS COMPANY!) AS THEY ARE THE ONES WHO SOLD ME THE WRONG PARTS! No I do NOT recommend them and I will never use them again. This was the last order you’ll be getting out of me, AND I ORDER A LOT.

Parts don’t last and for the price there’s better quality part sites

You can’t do anything on 1AAuto there’s no point to it. 1AAuto just sends you to website on the internet

1AAuto add a vehicle feature only list one of my 4 vehicles. It is really useless if I can’t view things associated with my specific vehicle. I’m deleting it.

in my perspective.. Im not sure why you’d launch and not have it include all of the things needed to successfully USE 1AAuto . The make & model of my car isn’t available [yet] & the parts list isn’t available on the videos.. which is a little goofy to me. why have it there now if that info hasn’t been added..? I thought at first, maybe Im just being dramatic but 1AAuto doesn’t have much that’s helpful on it for me at this time. Hopefully the more mature it gets, the more there’s influence to improve 1AAuto .

Although I have found a few parts and the repair videos are really good, I can’t ever seem to find parts almost every single time. I do repairs on 4 of my personal vehicles as well as every person in my family. Parts seem to never be available 90% of the time. I am thinking about deleting 1AAuto since it really doesn’t benefit me to have it. I tried to support A1 but it seems to be a waste of time since I use A1 first when looking for videos and parts. Always end up somewhere else for parts. Maybe I’ll just keep it for repairs videos…..

1A-Auto, THANK YOU!! I always refer to your DIY videos for advice. I love how professionally done they are. I would always go to YouTube but now I have them all in one place! The “favorite” button is awesome so I can save videos I want to refer to again. Man you guys are awesome! Side, note… I replaced both my Chevy Suburban front axles, hub assemblies, and break pads from 1A-Auto parts and it’s worked like a dream! THANK YOU!
