I purchased DuplicatePhotosCleanerApp. I am very disturbed at the fact that I haven’t been able to use it at all because every time I try to it crashes… I really would like to have a refund or the program needs to seriously be fixed. It does not work. It was a waste of money.
I paid the $4.99 and a few things happened:
1) No matter what option I went with on my iPad, DuplicatePhotosCleanerApp crashed
2) On my phone, it didn’t pull all duplicate photos. I easily had 50 duplicates in just the first few hundred photos and it pulled like 6… and they weren’t all duplicates.
3) I tried to pull similar and it crashed again
4) the pictures that it’s pulling are completely different.
I would like a refund asap. Otherwise I’m going to dispute it with my bank. Normally it wouldn’t bother me, but DuplicatePhotosCleanerApp is that bad.
