SaveTok worked perfectly fine, I even bought a year subscription to it (on accident), and now, two months after spending $50 on it, they’ve broken SaveTok with their most recent update. Fix it or give me my money back?

Please fix it, it always worked perfectly before, now doesn’t work at all

Dont buy the “free” subscription. it still charges you 6$. They needa change that

Shouldn’t make you pay for a free app I think I’d prefer a crappy watermark.

I can’t see my self paying $5.99 for SaveTok anymore. It no long takes watermark off

It says that SaveTok is free, then shows that you have to pay for subscriptions but SaveTok actually doesn’t work at all.

I tried it once on a video and it worked great! I was shocked that you didn't have to pay, I tried it on another video and there it was, a paid subscription. You can only use SaveTok once without having to pay 6 dollars a month, all these apps have paywalls. Super annoying.

It used to remove the watermark on videos, it no appears to no longer do that? After upgrading, the tag on the video and at the end was still there. If that’s what I wanted I would have downloaded directly from TT.

I subscribed for the free trial, used it, and I unsubscribed cause I wasn’t going to use SaveTok again. So no point in having it subscribed too, now it’s charging me 5.99 and put my card on pause. I cant even redownload SaveTok to sort out the issue cause of my card being paused for this apps free trial scam

I can’t click the save video option after I pasted my link I was able to do it before and now it won’t let me save it

$312 per year to remove the TikTok watermark seems steep. They market it at $6 a week but that adds up quick. Otherwise it works smoothly and hasn’t given me any technical problems.

There’s a lot of bugs with this super expensive app and I can’t even get to customer service- it pops up an email but I can never press send on the email. Also the link to rate app (in SaveTok ) doesn’t do anything. There’s no where to see your account info so I have no idea if actually paying for a forever subscription worked or if I will be double charged for a weekly subscription too (in my subscription settings it still says I will be charged weekly and I can’t change it) It’s frustrating to have no one to talk to about the bugs of SaveTok. Often I have to completely close SaveTok to do something so that it re-starts

Could you plz fix the icons for the videos they don’t show the actual video or show up at all. Also can you make the TikTok photos bigger and move the dots? Just to make it more visible

Add a onetime payment option and I’ll redownload. Like a lifetime payment $35 like other apps.

Can you kindly add a one time payment option?
It would definitely attract new customers to SaveTok because they are constantly tricked into subscriptions from other apps.

This is a good app to save yes there’s a subscription but you can still save without having to buy the membership but I just downloaded it soooo I’ll give this 5 stars .

It’s not like the other ones with a paywall
