Every time I open the app to track it shows a pop up that can’t be closed for 5 seconds telling me to get premium. Yeah of course people with premium are 91% more likely to “quit”, everyone else stops using the app because of this. Most of the features of this app are locked behind premium too. The notes app is significantly better than this because it’s easy to open and track without a $5 purchase every time you open it. The $5 purchase is “discounted” from $20 and has been since I started using this app. This app is trying to monetize an addiction and isn’t even that useful in the first place. It’s just a glorified calendar with ads.

The app is generally good, but it frustratingly requires purchasing penalty points on each device separately, with no synchronization between them. I find it unreasonable to pay for the app and penalty points twice. Update: You can contact customer service through the "Give Feedback" option to receive reward points. To use the app on a new device, first back up the data on the original device, then on the new device, select "restore data" from a "backup." The process is almost instant. However, the developers argue that the app is best used on an iPhone and prefer not to implement auto-syncing, which I find to be a poor practice. This approach is not intuitive, deviates from best practices for app design, and does not fully incorporate user feedback. Ironically, they were unaware that I work in app development, user experience, and provide feedback professionally. Even after the backup the videos I purchaseddo not show up as purchased on the new device (my iPhone). Customer service told me if you buy coins on one device you can’t on another, it’s kind of a scam because every other app sync’s with the others. It’s quite cheaper than other apps so it’s less in the long run but it’s still a bit deceptive. They should give a warning before you purchase that any purchase will only be purchased for that one device.

I have been using this a week, love the accountability factors in it. Like, notifications of each step or day completed, motivations etc. i like the widget factors of it.

What needs to be added is accountability partner email, so they can get an email if you slip and relapse. Right when someone relapses they get that email, right when someone hits the panic button they get that email.

Also in the quit porn area, there needs to be some type of password setting that a accountability partner can set, once everything on the app is set. By putting a password option in the my blocker section, it gives the individual who is struggling accountability and not able to delete websites etc.

If the password is not the right one, an email is sent to an accountability partner.

I would give 5 stars, if it had this option. It is tempting for me to go back in and delete or toggle off blocker status.

I had to literally go on screen time on my iphone and add certain websites, etc and put a password on it, so i have dual protection.

So please look into a password option, accountability option.
