Sounds good but too tough to get started and use.

Very difficult to navigate through BoxBreathing. It’s even difficult to pay to subscribe. In app purchases aren’t possible and there’s no guidance to subscribe any other way.

Expensive for little content

I’m not paying 70 dollars for like 16 exercises, yikes.

Dis functional app - don’t get pro

I bought pro because of the promises of “challenges” and the ability to track myself , build streaks know how much time I’ve spent etc. however the tracking does not work at all. I will complete an exercise and it will not be reflected anywhere and will constantly show that I have not done any exercises that day or ever.

I am about to delete this app

I am about to delete BoxBreathing with a full subscription till April 2024 l keep missing sessions after l finish and reset BoxBreathing and phone and by BoxBreathing having that glitch it breaks my streak/chain and it annoys me..now what perhaps annoys me more is that when only way to contact them to get help.. the only is thru social media l hardly use social media that why l use BoxBreathing to reduce the noise in my life and cacophony of this irritating modern world.

Off to a good start

BoxBreathing has a lot of potential. At the moment, the environments are very low resolution. Hopefully, in the future, we can get environments in as nice resolution as the Vision Pro environments and more of them! I’m excited to try the various types of breathing techniques.

Excellent app. Easy to use. The variety and changes as you progress is well done. Two snags: I keep getting the sign up and pay advertising even though I paid. I would like to know when you exhale or inhale it it’s long or short breath, etc before I start breathing. However, maybe that’s not supposed to be like that.

Breathtaking, literally!

It really helps me to focus and calm down. The environments are decent and I like the guided exercises, keep it up!

Effective

I only just started using BoxBreathing but it’s immediately effective. I really enjoy/appreciate the visuals and the instruction is simple to follow. Helped me calm down for sleep last night and helped me wake up and feel energized this morning.

If your looking to improve your awareness to your breathing BoxBreathing is a marvelous start worth. Every dollar!

Great app

Mindfulness is an excellent method for gaining a deeper understanding of oneself and aligning with one's body. Float warmly embraces a novel perspective on breathing. Including clear instructions for the "Vargus Nerve" Stretch would undoubtedly elevate the value of this application.

Asthma & Float

I like to use Float because I have asthma and it helps me build up my lungs and I love that I can do the test to see if I have improved.

This is my favorite app on my phone

I’m a 17 year old student, and BoxBreathing has been vital for my sleep energy and focus. It has allowed me to reduce my stress and have more enjoyable days. I also love the aesthetics and voice over of BoxBreathing .

Useful for my breathing and has great UX/UI

I got BoxBreathing to try NSDR and box breathing. So far it’s been great. You can also set reminders to practice every day so that’s helpful, however I prefer to just do it every day when I wake up so that it feels more natural.
