How to fix Charging Engine app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Charging Engine app on iPhone
Update Charging Engine app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Charging Engine iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Charging Engine on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Charging Engine network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Charging Engine Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Charging Engine not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Charging Engine App
1. On android, goto Settings » Charging Engine » click [Force Stop]

Update Charging Engine to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Charging Engine App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Charging Engine » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Charging Engine.

Fix Charging Engine unable to contact server/ Charging Engine internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Charging Engine » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Charging Engine » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Charging Engine
