Horrible experience, keep charging money eventhough you try to cancle

I have downloaded the app and click free trial. I didnt like it so I try to cancel. The app asked. Me to provide the email to request a cancellation form (weird....
already login).
Never get the email, so I email the support asking for cancellation. Never heard back.
I checked my subscription list and the app doesn't show up there. So I think it's all good.
Now I got charge the amount, can't cancel because you required feedback of 30 words, but your UI/UX so bad that it can't send through.
They keep charging my money, so I fight with my credit card to dispute it, the crdit card try, but the company fight back and insist that I have to pay. It happend a multiple time.
Horrible experience, I want my money back and never get involve with this app again. Make sure don't auto-renew my subscription

App does not work at all. Broken. It said $0 since it looks like it’s under construction, but be wary this looks like a form of SCAM to get money from you without you knowing. I recommend to stay away from this. Report to your bank if you get charged. Cmon guys, seriously. Make a good app and I’ll throw money at you. This is terrible

This is definitely a scam. I have gone through 2 debit cards trying to shake these people and they keep charging me. DO NOT give your Apple Wallet to these people. And customer service doesn’t exist. I have emailed and I have DMed them on social media and nothing. I want this cancelled. Now. But once they get you, they will not let you go.
