I entered your fucking app where it says FREE TRIAL!!!!!’ , and then ohh fuck no- I’m charged 17,49£ out of nowhere for whole year ???? Wtf???? No free trial at al , ugh? You fucking scammers, lying cheating bastards Thiefs I want my money back immediately, I want you to refund the 17,49£ you stole from me by saying it’s free trial !!!! First off the "Write Us" button doesn't work. You click it & the app kicks you out, so that's my starter..
Second, which is what I was going to write in the email, but I'll just write it here in hopes it'll get asked quicker: is this app only for OPEN, public IG accounts? Are we not able to sign into our account to be able to save anything?? If that's the case this app is extremely misleading & upsetting bc I'd pay the subscription ALL day long if I were able to get what you're offering if I'd be able to sign into my personal account as well!! I don't give a rip ab half of these public influencer, celebrities etc.. (no offense) things I give a crap about saving, reposting etc are from significant people in my life who I don't get to see on the daily, things that actually matter in our world.. Don't get me wrong your app is amazing but could you not give us the option to sign into our account?! That would get you a 10 🌟 out of me & I'd chalk it up to everyone I knew on top of that!!

Used to like this app but after the newest update, they put a limit on the amount of stories you can view per day, & then you have to wait 24 hours to view any more. You can only see as many stories you want per day if you purchase a membership🙄. Sorry but $3 a week is ridiculous. It’s just a cash grab for an app that doesn’t even really offer a ton of features, & the features they do offer don’t even work correctly sometimes.

I know developers want to make money but adding a subscription model to this app it just a very poor decision. Your competitors is a one time fees for what your offering for a month, crazy!. Not all app fit the subscription mode and this app is one of them. Consider swapping subscription to a full paid app or keep it free with ads. In the meantime I’ll Uninstalling and going to your competitor.
