Supermarket Simulator Game 3D Reviews

Hello there! I just wanted to clear that I love this game so much ever since it came out, I've been addicted to it ever since I watched my favorite streamer named CaseOh play it on his Pc. But I am having quite of a few problems for example the sensitivity, you should add a setting for the sensitivity and as for the buttons. Instead of having a lot of buttons for certain things we should be able to do all things by just tapping the screen meanwhile the only 4 buttons we’ll need is “drop”, “close/open”, “throw”, and “enter”(to be able to end the day) so it doesn’t make it difficult for us mobile users since having a lot of buttons is quite confusing and it makes the game a bit more difficult as well because of the slow sensitivity. Meanwhile for the furniture we should hold onto our screen to be able to edit the furniture and then additional buttons appear such as “rotate right”, “rotate left”, and “place” to make it more easier.

I looooove this game and found it through a famous twitch streamer! He played it on PC but I didn’t know the mobile version didn’t have nearly as many additions to the game as the PC version. Why let us buy freezers if we can’t purchase anymore product licenses to stock it? What good is a storage when we can’t have more extensions or shelving for it? I mean I might as well just put my boxes outside because it’s a lot slower and more difficult to move around on mobile than it is on the PC making it a pain to go back and forth to an unorganized storage with boxes everywhere. As much as I love this game, I’m level 20 and running out of things to do with my store now that there’s no more growth I can really put into it. I’m hoping for the update soon otherwise I’m going to eventually get bored of it and uninstall.

This game is very fun over all but there is way to many adds. Every time I click on something there is and add also I get half way through checking out or sometimes all the way through checking out then it kicks me out of the game and I half to restart the hole enter level and only sometimes I get to go to another level. This game would be so fun without as many adds. So developers if you are reading this, plz make the game have less adds and maybe I need to update or restart my phone or it’s just the game so someone needs to fix this game. So I’m deleting this game and I will download it back again often so I can check if it got updated. So over all this is a great game and I do suggest that you do download this game is a great one❤️

Im still gonna give you guys a 5-star because SupermarketSimulatorGame3D definitely has the potential to be the OG supermarket simulator for iPhones! I feel like all you need to do is add a lot more things! You could add essentials, like toothbrushes, soap etc. We would also like a lot more food, you could even maybe add SNACKS! Could you guys also maybe keep the storage open, because i don't want to have to pay $1000 everyday to have it 😭. Also! Maybe add freezer foods since we have the freezer and please please please add more SPACE, i love the game and ik you have the potential to make this game feel absolutely REAL!!!!!

I’ve been watching certain twitch streamers play supermarket simulator on steam & that made me feel the need to play it but obviously for free, so I decided to download this today. I have a been dealing with a few issues & would like to point them out so they could hopefully be fixed.

1. The look sensitivity is a tad bit too low, it’s difficult to look around without swiping across my screen multiple times. It’s also hard to be quick when looking around is difficult.

2. When giving change back for some reason there are times I tap once on let’s say for example; a dollar, it ends up giving like 50 of them instead of just one. Very frustrating to deal with because I have to put them all back, almost makes the game unbearable to play sometimes.

3. I have no complaints about the ads since were able to skip them but just how laggy/glitchy the game is right after an ad. I have to wait a few seconds before I can do anything because the game either freezes or gets laggy.

Other than all of that it’s a great game! :)

This game is actually pretty relaxing and fun to play. Whenever I open SupermarketSimulatorGame3D I don’t close it until like 30 mins or an hour later. (bad for my screen time, but it means the game is good!)

Here are some mobile fixes/problems I have:

1. The movement control thing at the left of the screen. It gets jammed sometimes making you move in one direction without stop.

2. Sensitivity. I think there should be an area in settings where you can control game sensitivity. The sensitivity that’s set is kind of slow and makes gameplay a little annoying.

3. (This is just a personal one) the ads are so annoying!! I get that you can skip them, and that the devs need them, but the timing of the ads annoy me a little. Also the privacy policy (yes I did read through it) kind of unsettled me, but I think it’s pretty much the same for every mobile game you download that has ads so I don’t think it’s gonna harm me or users in any way.

SupermarketSimulatorGame3D is fun and very time consuming! I do want to address the issues, some were fixed like sticky joystick, ads. And the fact that SupermarketSimulatorGame3D actually looks for mobile built now vs when it looked like it was the computer squished down. Mobile needs for extending the store options and food. I bought a freezer yet i cant access anything to go in it so i wasted “game” money! Then storage extensions and shelves. Also it would be GREAT if there was a button to allow the empty boxes to get magically collected. Even if we have to pay for it! I will DEFINITELY pay game money for it to disappear. Then we need to be allowed to have the helpers like PC!! Otherwise, great game!!

I’m level 19, I love the game even before the patch on the joystick, I want to see this game keep developing because I’ll keep playing. There is an issue however when you try to place a shelf or fridge in the storage to keep things tidy, it doesn’t allow you to do you have to keep a bunch of boxes instead. Also a feature to be able to close a lane would be super helpful. Maybe adding some more products would be cool too. 5 Stars, I'm addicted but please keep modifying the game so there is a point to still play.

I downloaded this game because I bought it on steam but unfortunately the game doesn’t run with MAC only windows 😩 FIRST OFF I HAD TO PAY TO GET THE ADS REMOVED BECAUSE KID YOU NOT IT IS LITERALLY EVERY 3 MINUTES BUT YOURE SO INTO THE GAME YOU WONT WANT TO STOP LOL. THIS GAME IS AS CLOSES AS IT GETS TO THE COMPUTER VERSION OF IT & I LOVE IT !!!!!!!! BUT TO WHOMEVER CREATED THE GAME WILL IT BE POSSIBLE FOR SOME UPDATES TO BE MADE IN THE NEAR FUTURE?

1) Will we ever be able to pick up the items from the shelf and move it to another shelf ?
2) Will there be more Food Licenses?
3) Will there be food for the freezer?
4) Will you be able to add fruit stands and add fruits to the licenses as well ?

Before I found this game I had found another one similar to this game but it has fruit stand sunglasses stand and different varieties of foods. I DO HOPE YOU CAN ADD THESE AS WELL BUT THANK YOU FOR CREATING THIS GAME !!! YOURE AWESOME!!! 😎👏🏻

I watch a twitch streamer and YouTuber called CaseOh. When I seen him play this this made me wonder if the gane was on mobile. Everything is good but sept the button layouts. I think that you can improve the button layouts buy letting the users (us playing the game) customize the hud scale of the buttons and letting us move them to make us more comfortable with the game. Also please later in future updates let this game connect to console controllers that would be so much easier for users. Other than that the game is great. I would give it a 5 out of 5 but it needs major changes. Tim, Slim, Jim, and Quan from Caseoh’s groceries store would agree.

The game in total is awesome. However, I feel there needs to be more. Storage feel’s boring, there is a freezer but no freezer items, and not enough items and store expansion. This feels like it would be a demo of a game. I would try to add some things.

1. Shadows: It would be a small but delightful detail.
2. More Storage + Racks: There simply isn’t enough storage plus the fact that there is nothing to store stuff on.
3.More To Sell: The freezer exists but has no use and I feel we need more food items such as candies and condiments. There also needs to be more supplies for dishes, clothes, and general cleaning.

I’ve purchased another checkout lane and I have a staff cashier on PC I noticed you can close the checkout lane when you’re not working behind the lane and have other stuff to do but on here it seems like there’s no way to put the close sign up and it makes the lines super backed up when i’ve got other stuff to do!!! one other thing: there’s a certain ad (the hotel operator game ad) and it makes it impossible to click out of it! therefore forcing me to edit the game and if i hadn’t saved anything it becomes very annoying.

There is a new archery ad once your able to exit out of it, it won’t let you! You have to completely get out of the game, unless you recently save it prior to the ad you lose all the progress you’ve made! All these ads every 3 minutes is driving me nuts should have to buy anything to make ads go away! Regardless not being able to exit out of a ad is more frustrating

The game is over all a really fun game to play to pass time only issue is when waking a lot of the times the analog gets stuck in the direction ur walking if it gets fixed I think this game would be really addictive but I’m stuck fighting the analog most the time

Game is great. Still has some bugs that needs fixing. Once an ad pops up going back into the game it glitches. I paid for no ads and still receiving ads. Game Also kicks me out when in an ad and I lose my progress. If these issues are fixed game would run smooth also a way to contact the developer for refund would be nice since I purchased something and it didn’t work

This game is absolute trash, there’s an ad every 1 min. I tried to be patient as I can handle a few ads but it was becoming annoying. My fingers aren’t even that big and the buttons on the cash register is too small to tap on. It doesn’t even tell you how many customers you have left so it feels like the match is going on forever. I deleted it before even finishing the first match. TRASH, Unity just makes these games so people can pay for no ads and they can stock up on the hundreds of players that download the game.

It goes no where after a while, it has you buy storage and freezers but you can’t use the freezer you will not get the license for it. In fact they give you like two licenses to get and that’s it. It feels more like a demo than anything. If this is a demo I wish it would say that instead of allowing you to get to level 20 with nothing to do. It’s. Good game wish it had more to do

Played the game about a month ago and I hated that the joystick got stuck whenever you would move but it got fixed recently and have been addicted nonstop!!!! Completely finished the game in under 48 hours which Ik it’s bad just waiting on the new update!!! Please add more licenses:)))

This game is very fun and entertaining! I play a lot throughout the day and I never get bored. I do wish though that the game had more updates like the pc version, I have almost maxed out all upgrades and I am just waiting for future updates to come by.

I’ve been playing this game, overall it is a great game, but I only have like 3 licenses in total, and when I click licenses, nothing pops up, any tips??? I’ve seen other players have a lot of different things and I’m leven 22 already??? Like what??!!!

This game has been addicting but I wish it had more items like the PC version. I would like to get shelves for storage and more licenses and employees. I am level 21 but stuck in a boring day to day with no real new items or expansion. Please upgrade so that we can enjoy it and allow our stores to prosper. Some customization would be nice too! Maybe grocery stores posters or sale posters. Would be cool to paint inside too.

Why don’t we have frozen food for the freezer like i have a freezer for no reason like why have use buy a freezer and there no food for it and we need snacks too and cleaning supplies like we need more license Products need stock workers and can’t even expend the stock room like come on now and i am a level 21 and i am tired of seeing the same food we have like when update the game and add more food ill come back to play for sure i would have give it 5 stars but they are taking to long to add the stuff we actually need for the game

I played this a lot when I first got it 😁 only thing wrong with it is that the buttons are a bit confusing and then the ads get a little annoying- they feel like they happen about every 4 minutes- (BUT they’re very short ads) (I’m talking 10 seconds) and one is able to click away from instantly! So you should get this!! 😁🤩👩‍💻

I love this game but on pc there are so many more product licenses and sections to the store, not to mention there are restockers and you can expand the storage, also there is a lot more furniture. Mobile version doesn’t have any of that, instead, there is only 4 product licenses, 4 sections to the store, no restockers, and not much furniture. So please add everything that’s on pc version to the mobile version please.

It’s first game I ever played because you can Shop you could act like the real people and say you won’t give me that welcome to Walters like it’s so fun and you can say welcome to your name like it’s so fun by it now like check the reviews if you don’t believe me, it’s the real one if you see people playing it like caseoh

I like this game , it’s very creative and fun but out of nowhere , things for updating on the store such as product licenses, workers, racks for the storage and more have disappeared from the little pages to be able to get these things. I see nothing but the bills and rent I have to pay😂😅. So I’m stuck on it and it needs a update where it shows these things because it’s fun and I want to be able to continue to play this and get more unlocked stuff that are locked for me. Please update and fix this bug for me and others, I’d like to keep playing like how I’m supposed to.

This game is so good but on a mobile device it isn’t the same thing as in the pc so in mobile devices it only has four products license and computer have like 23 and mobile devices have 4 workers but in computer they have workers and restockers and the sections in mobile devices are 4 in computer 17 idk but I put 5 so people can see this I would have put 2

There are too many ads on top of that to control your character. You have to use a scroll type system, but when you turn your character, it turns the camera way too slow so you have to turn it multiple times. You have to walk really close to things in order to interact. The whole turning the screen and tapping it multiple times for the camera to even move is annoying. Other than that the graphics look great. The game has really good potential change the ads and the camera motion. It might be the best game.

Edit: I found out this is pretty much identical to the PC version on Steam (minus some content) but the controls still need to be optimized for iOS.

The controls are annoying because in order to turn around you need to drag your finger on the right side but there are unnecessary control buttons taking up the right quarter of the screen. Some of the controls could be taken off the screen and use the right click button to achieve the same command. The jump and run buttons are pretty useless. The enter button is right where you’d want to drag your finger and it controls ending the day, which then leads you to accidentally ending the day with customers still in line and taking your product without paying. There also isn’t a lot of products/licenses currently but the game is fun and the graphics look good. The ads aren’t too annoying and are short. Overall good game but it needs to be improved.

It’s a great game; I played it for two hours. But once I accidentally boxed up a shelf almost fully stocked with items, and when I opened it back up, all the items were gone. That was about $75 - $110 in-game dollars. Another thing is the ads. There are ads every three minutes and it’s really annoying. I don’t mind watching ads for a reward or something, but when I’m in the middle of helping a customer is the wrong time for a forced ad.

Also the key-pressing info. It says, “press esc to back” right over the price for the Product License upgrade, so I couldn’t see how much it costs. No matter where you are in the computer shop, the “press esc to back” message covers stuff up.

It would also be nice to have decorations, like being able to paint the walls, or putting in some potted plants or posters. Also changing the outside would be great.

Other than this, I love the game! Try to fix these things to make it more enjoyable, and it’ll be 5 out of 5!

I love the game ! But the ads on the game make it so difficult to want to continue playing. I even went further to purchase the “no ads option” but the ads still pop up! Not only did the game rip me off, but when the ads pop up I have to completely exit the game and restart. There has to be a bug fix with the ad pop ups because the game wont let me exit out of the ads. I end up losing progress when this happens because I forget to save the game every 3 minutes before an ad pops up. Although, the game is fun it simply just isn’t worth the hassle with all the malfunctions and constant ads..if there was a major update to the game (ads, marketing, new stocks, stockers…ect) then I would play this game all the time but until further notice..no thanks!

The game is fun in the beginning and it is very similar to the desktop version that Caseoh plays. The problem is it is not fully built out and the developer takes months to push out updates. Even if you don’t pay for ads, you will see ads within the game. Basically you will get game exhaustion because you have to do all the stocking and setting up and, there is zero help other than cashiers, unlike the desktop version. No storage expansion or stockers possible and you will barely see opportunities for additional licenses. The most recent release is awful and crashes often. When the game crashes, you lose all of the items that you purchased as well as the money that it took to purchase them. Developers don’t respond to any help or assistance on Discord or otherwise.

When the update came out I started lagging bad and it kept taking me back to my Home Screen on my phone and every time I press the red arrow button to save the game it pops up an add every time and sometimes the add doesn’t go away then I’ll have to close out the entire app and come back in and start all over again. But overall I LOVE the update, And also if the creator is reading this can you add employees to stock the shelves like on pc because it’s to much to do for 1 person that’s stocking and at the cash register all the time.

I feel that this game is really fun. I love the layout, the ability to see the stats foe the day. Profit, balance and all of that. I could see myself spending a long time playing this game but compared to the Supermarket Manager Simulator, there’s things I wish this game had. ~

1. I don’t like that you have to move the main dot around and tap LM every time. I wish you could just tap on the item and select it. Whether it’s the item to scan or dollar bills/coins, it would be much faster and easier especially on the iPad.

2. Please make a way to get rid of adds. I’ll pay money but ads every 2 minutes is annoying.

If this game is updated to select items easier and get rid of ads, I will spend a long time playing. Please!!! Don’t even know if devs read this feedback but just asking for these 2 things

It needs more updates such as new products more growth options better graphics physics maybe you can buy the supermarket and also you can deliver foods like that update would change the game and theft if they add theft it will be more fun but for 5 stars it really needs those updates so if the dev is reading these try to make these updates I am begging cause this supermarket simulator is nowhere near the supermarket simulator on steam so please developers do these update then maybe you can get 5 stars and i have also been checking every day but i am always left with disappointment so that just makes the game worse

I like this game because its like a clone of the on on PC (steam) but when I download this game after a day or two (in game time) it just starts kicking me out of the game randomly. So basically I first downloaded this game on my iPad thats a few years old so i thought that it kept kicking me because my iPad was old. So I downloaded it on my phone and had the same problem and my phone is up to date its an iPhone 12. So overall I like the game but i can’t play it as much as i want to because it keeps kicking me. And when it does kick me it takes off some of my progress from that day which is very annoying. And after looking at some of the other reviews a lot of other people are having problems with their game crashing every 5 minutes also.

When I bide this, I was thinking is this the scam of the real supermarket simulator but turns out it looks like the same after all I’ve been looking all over online, but for some reason, I’m addicted to this game now even though when I take a loan I buy stuff with it and then I pay back the loan but when I’m at the checkout but when a Karen comes for change, she charges me for too much change and I rage even with the bill and payments after all when I finished, I was a supermarket genius😃😃😁😁😁😃😃😁

I really love this game, however the controls are very annoying. I’ve been playing Supermarket Manager Simulator before I downloaded this one and saw that this is closer to the actual one with a STORAGE thank God, even though you shouldn’t have to pay for it everyday but to be honest.. I like the controls of the other one WAY better than this one. Your guy’s sensitivity needs an option, there’s WAY too many buttons on the screen blocking the way where as to Supermarket Manager Simulator all you have is your Joystick and the rest you just tap the screen for everything. It’s just all around way more convenient compared to yours. If you fix it up, give us some customization for the controls, this one could be WAY BETTER!! I now understand why Supermarket Manager Simulator has more downloads.

I really like the game and all but i wish it was more moblie fit.
Like in the other games i’ve downloaded like this, there were things like ‘place’ and ‘rotate’ for things like moving and putting items on shelves.
I also think there is this bug in the game, because after like a good 30 mins of playing, the game will completely put me out, like out of SupermarketSimulatorGame3D . Its really annoying to have to play like this, plus woth the non-stop ads. I know the game creators have to get there money in and all, but for it to be as frequent, is annoying.

I feel like if the game creators fixed the controls, the bugs, then changed the ads to like 3 per day (in the game), it would make a better game and —with advertisting— could possibly make the game blow up.

This would be a super fun game if they’re went a add literally every minute but I understand it makes you money but no body wants to pay to remove ads on a game, but this game is pretty fun so I bet it is more people I would for this kind of game you would also have more people playing the game if you got rid of the ads every second because nobody wants to deal with ad and 10% of people are gonna probably pay to remove ads so basically taking away 20% of like 10% of people that play this game, but you put ads on it so get rid of all the ads every second

You guys need to update you game more often people really like your game, when you update your game go right to make another update I have been waiting for so long for you guys to make an up you guys need to add way more products and employees to the game, if you do not have a lot of people to help you put out updates hire people but people have been waiting way to long for one update you guys do then you guys don’t update for a month or 3 weeks, 1 employees 2 update you game faster 3 add more things to your game all you have to do is those three thing and a lot of people will start to play you game so guys UPDATE YOUR GAME

This game is very fun and I would totally recommend it to almost everyone, but if you don’t like to sit still, and you get bored really easily, this game would not be for you, but this game overall is pretty good. The only thing I don’t like about it every few minutes, and I also like how you can set prices and there’s money you give change back and there’s also credit cards, which is very realistic to what happens in real life when you go to store overall this game is pretty good. I would totally recommend it!

I have been forced to watch ads so many times that I lost the interest to play it. I accidentally pressed the back button, an ad appears. Accidentally close my screen, an ad plays when it turn it back on. Ads almost every 4 mins or so with little to no warning and I’m sick of it. Why not pay to stop the ads from appearing? You might ask. It’s freaking 9.99 dollars! I’m not paying 10 bucks for this when I could play games that give me respect as a costumer. Heck! I’d rather be playing fallout shelter or sims FreePlay which I currently am because they don’t force nor bombard me with ads. They give me the option to watch ads and support them and in turn reward me for doing so. This gave has potential but the ads are a big turn away for me.

I purchased the no ads and it didn't work at first but I ended up deleting SupermarketSimulatorGame3D and reinstalling. Sadly had to restart from the beginning but I'm not too upset with that. But I saw the no ads button at the bottom left of the start page without having to pay again and it worked. Thank god! Im very happy about the amount of added licenses, store size upgrades, and fixing the issue with the delay. Just add stockers, shelves for storage and more licenses so I can buy freezers! then it’ll be amazing :) thanks

This game is wonderful don’t get that wrong, but I see more adds than I do the game. I cannot enjoy the game because of the outrageous adds. I play for a minute, and there is a an ADD. I click on SupermarketSimulatorGame3D , THERE IS AN ADD, maybe even two If I'm that unlucky. The controls and game overall are very nice just wish I didn’t have to watch an add or 5 every couple of minutes or even seconds at this point. The adds ruin this game for me, there are even adds on the walls and boards on the game. I think there is a enough even when I have them popping up every single minute. I would like to actually play the game and not watch adds alllllll daayyyy loonnngggg. It’s sad I have to pay to play how I want and I shouldn’t have to and I feel like it’s a con kinda thing from how many adds there are so it’ll make me buy it. It is ridiculous, please let me play and not watch 1000 adds. Thank you.

For starters I really enjoy the structure of the gameplay. Being able to cash out customers, stocking, restocking, inventory management, everything is enjoyable however I can't expand my store because my shelves aren't allowing me to even in open spaces, the customers tend to glitch out at the shelves and it would be 5 - 7 glitching throughout the store; also at the counters ! I wish there was a little more customization like being able to name your store, customize a character, or even do deliveries to customers houses would help improve the game. So far love the game and will continue to play despite the annoying bugs but I feel their is growth for the developer on improving the game without taking away the parts we already love about that game!

It’s very ad heavy, can’t go two minutes without an ad playing back to back so I purchased the remove ad function and it’s so much better. But I know most wouldn’t spend any money on a game but hey that’s me.

The overall game is nice, the graphics you can’t beat on mobile. I love the concept of having to control what goes on in your store and rearrange things however you want.

My only issue is the part of the licenses, I bought them all and assumed the freezers would be put to use so I bought those as well. Only thing is, there isn’t anything to put in them? I found that part odd because the freezers aren’t cheap and I basically wasted money on buying something I couldn’t use.

Maybe more licenses will come in the future but you guys should probably remove the freezers for now until then so there won’t be any confusion.

Overall, compared the the other simulators this has to be the best of them all. (Besides the ads)

So like let’s say you’re a kid playing this game and you’re like in your head. This game is helping you prepare for life because it is it is preparing your life and it helps you get to build your own shop how it’s gonna feel buying things getting things selling things, so you think that this is relatable to life please because I think this is this game was enough for me. I tried this at 11 years old thinking of this game will be not fun but me playing every single day addicted to this game helped me in life so if you think this is, a game to help you start a whole entire market. This is the game to help you.

Overall out of all of the supermarkets simulator games this is the closets one that is similar to the pc version that everyone have been crazing over.
There’s ads on top of ads which is very annoying especially with the latest update. It is now Ads times a trillion. Another annoying thing is my game constantly crashes and shuts down which make me have to save the game literally every 3 minutes because I’m afraid of losing progress and having to repeat everything all over again. It’s such a hassle especially after I’ve been restocking for 10+ minutes just to have to do it all over again. I wish the game could automatically save by itsself then I’d be less mad and just be annoyed with the excessive amount of pointless dumb ads which also have even more ads inside of the ad itsself. The ads really make me on the verge of uninstalling and I refuse to pay to take them out.

I love the game and have been playing it for a while now. I love the concept and the overall app, but it has become a hassle lately. It kicks me out of the game after like ten to fifteen minutes and the longer I play the shorter the time gets. Not only that, but I have to constantly watch an ad to save my progress because if I don’t when I get kicked out and go back it’s like if I never did anything and it deletes my progress. It also gets laggy after about 20 minutes of use.

I really do enjoy the game, but I can’t play it as much because of everything, so I just wish those problems can be resolved soon. I unfortunately cant even open the game right now, as it kicks me out before I even get to the opening page.

I truly love the game, I play it for hourssssss but when I expand my store and try to move stuff around it does not work!!! It will let you reposition one or two things but around the third once you pick it up, you cant put it back down. Also I wish that you could move already placed products to different shelves so I can categorize my store better. Also I wish there were upgrades you can buy for the store like Better furniture/lighting/features/walls/floors things like that. Different types of shelving maybe? Like chip clips and displays. More products. The game as well has been pretty glitchy and laggy lately. I genuinely do love the game BUT it DESPERATELY needs an update

The game is very enjoyable but there are some issues that hinder the gameplay experience. The excessive ads make it difficult to play continuously, especially since some ads don’t have a close button (X), causing the game to freeze and requiring a restart. Additionally, some ads redirect to Safari like suspicious sites, taking me out of the game without clicking on the ad.

Also, there is an issue with shelves disappearing. When trying to move the shelves, we can't place them in any empty space in the supermarket as it shows red, and then the shelves disappear along with the products on them for no reason upon restarting the game.

There are no freezer products, and I don't understand why I lose money often even though I play the same way every time. Sometimes I make money without losses, and other times I lose inexplicably.

Moreover, some customers in the store freeze in place without moving, and there are no employees to transport goods from the street. Additionally, there are no lights in the storage area, and we lack sufficient instructions to guide us on our mistakes while playing.

I thought I’d love this game 100x more than the knockoff… it is horrible with controls. You have to click a button that literally says “lm” or “rm”???? For a phone?? There’s no mouse to click…. Why even have that? In the knock off game with 5% of the graphics and 1% of the content you just tap the boxes on the screen. Just completely do away with any buttons on the screen. Like any default buttons just take off the screen. The only thing you need on the screen is the joystick button so people know they can move by using their finger on the left side. Have the players tap on the boxes and then a menu pops up that says what to do. Like “open” and then “place” or something like that. Anything is better than these garbage controls. I literally had no idea how to shut the register… “spacebar”???? On a phone????? I just don’t understand why have an amazing 10/10 game on pc and bring it to mobile only to port an exact replica of the game with zero adaptations for mobile. I’d seriously love this game if it were a mobile game and not a pc game on the phone. 10/10 fame 0/10 execution for mobile. Don’t waste your time downloading it until they completely change the controls. I saw others complain before I downloaded and it was worse than I thought.

This game is very fun to play however, I think that some things need to be fixed and some things should be added. For example, I would like for the controls to be fixed, I don’t like all of the buttons on the screen. We should just be able to click on whatever it is that we need instead of having to press a button (I do like the run and jump buttons though, those can stay). Also, the sensitivity is awful, there should be an option to change that. As far as things that should be added, I would like for a lot of the features that the pc version of this game has, to be added. Like, the stockers should be able to pick the packages up off of the street and put the items on the shelves, more licenses should be added, etc. That would really make this game perfect once the improvements are made and things are added.

i absolutely love this game and i’ve been playing it for the past couple days straight. however it is extremely glitchy to the point i can’t even play it anymore. i got to level 6 and expanded my store and as i was moving one of the shelves back to the wall it wouldn’t let me set it down, ANYWHERE! my only option was to box it up and just have it sit there. i reluctantly decided to sell it and buy a new one to only get the same shelf with the items that were on it and not being able to set it down. i sadly decided to restart as i couldn’t advance the game with only one working shelf. when i restarted it i was only 2 minutes into the game where i couldn’t see the time, store level, or change prices on items. it was just gray squares on my screen with no buttons. i’m so sad as i was so obsessed with this game only to have to force to quit multiple times. i feel discouraged trying again as i do not want to restart again after the progress i have made. please fix these bugs game developer(s)…

I love playing the game but it needs more. I would like more supplies and to make the store bigger. I would love to add a florist with in the store like we have in super markets. Like to add a deli, bakery and meat department too. Please add this to make game more enjoyable. I have purchased all the licenses. Please add more licenses to purchase goods. We need more licenses for every thing. I can’t do anything else with the game since I’m out of options. It would be helpful that instead of taking one item at a time to restock if we can get helpers to put items away in storage when items are bought or we are able to pick up more items at a time even using a dolly for transportation. Don’t want to spend hours just putting away the items. I would like to renovate the store to make it more inviting as well. Just giving out ideas. One more thing if you can fix the fact that I keep getting kick off the game and makes me start a minute or two behind when I get back in. Thanks, love the game.

When my friends and family were playing this game. I thought OK let’s join. Then when I joined, it was a really fun game until the ads… It was every 30 seconds BAM a ad appeared BAM another one appeared! It was so annoying so we decided to buy no ads and at first it didn’t work, but then it did work when the update came and it was great. It was really really good until we were given the option to get employees they are useless they can’t even carry out the packages to put in the stockroom. The cashiers are super slow. and the levels that you had to get to to get cashiers and stockers are ridiculous. like I have to put 13. racks to get a fourth stocker and there’s not even that many expansions in the storage room so how am I supposed to fit it? But then once we got over that fact, it was going good until one day when we’re finishing up eating dinner and then it happened. My game got deleted for no good reason 70 levels 70 LEVELS OF HARD WORK WAS DELETED ALL OF MY EMPLOYEES ALL OF THE STOCKERS (which were useless)WERE DELETED!!!! never playing again.

I love super market simulator, it’s a fun game that allows me to organize my own store and do monotonous tasks. But there are a series of bugs that made me step away in anger. Every time I move a stocked shelf, it won’t allow me to place it down, even if I gave it enough room to do so. If I exit out while doing so, it deletes the whole shelf including my product that I had just bought. Just when I thought it was a one and done thing, same thing happened again, but with my more expensive products and bc the game crashed. The ads are horrendous, every 30s an ad pops up, and sometimes it’s back to back. One time it even froze my game and crashed. Another time, it force the day forward to evening and made me waste a day on no customers. I want to love this game but the bugs and ads are making it unplayable.

P.s. its loyal to the PC game, but the small buttons and small hit box makes it unusually hard to play enjoyably.

I would give it five stars bc I love it so much but it kicks me out every 5-10 seconds and I have to restart over and over even when I save it and it’s really making me mad bc I keep getting kicked out after a few ads and sometimes the ads are back to back which I get but it’s becoming too much for me I really did used to enjoy it bc I wouldn’t get ads back to back but when I stock or buy something it’s an ad when I get a customer I get an ad when they give me money or they card I get an ad when I check the price I get an ad and I really do hope you fix the issue where when ads come it don’t kick me out and close the game out bc I really do enjoy playing but I can’t when the game close out and I’m looking at my Home Screen and have to go back in just to see if I have to redo my stocking

Can yaw plzzzz find a way to pause the restocker instead of me firing them because I want to reorganize my store…. Also can yaw plzzz let us pick up more then one item that is smalll …. Like it will be nice to just pick up at least five items or more and just put it in the storage room it will take up less time…. Last but not least can yaw plz find a way to hire storage stocker to buy also allow us to pause them to thank youuuuuuuuu and also I feel like we should not have to empty a box or find the right box to move a item off our shelves to reorganize I feel a box should re appear already
