To Whom It Will Hopefully Concern: I use this app to make lists of recipes from Instagram. For the first few months it had worked well. For the past several days, however, after downloading a recipe from Instagram and going back to the Instagram page, the ability to play a reel or hear anything from it is frozen unless and until I reboot my iPad (iPadOS 26.4.1). I have updated the app in through today (4/16/26) and the problem persists. I believe that the user name that I have is: mild-miso-824. If the problem is unsolvable, I'd like to be refunded the cost of my subscription.
I purchased the app Nov 21, 2025. For the amount of $63.89. Has not been 2 months. I received a noticed when I was trying to save another recipe. It said I reach capacity. That I could join for a year. But I already joined for a year. Please rectify this.
I signed up for a year and it's in my subscriptions but when I try to download recipes from another app it only let me do maybe ten and then the ReciMe ad pops up and won't let me add any more. Do I have to wait till after my trial week to add more?

I was SO excited for this recipe type app so I could have all of mine together. I was setting it up and I found out I need to pay for a year subscription. Money is to tight for me to pay for the year. It may only be $30 something but that’s still $30 something I could save for groceries or something else. I don’t get why everything has to have a subscription now a days. :/ disappointed was really looking forward to this and was let down fast.
AVOID AT ALL COST

At first I was really excited to use this app. I tried the 7-day free trial and within that time I was uploading recipes from Instagram and Pinterest for my weekly meal prep. Yesterday, after my trial ended I decide to pay for the annual pro subscription. This morning I open the app and all of my recipes are gone. It brought up my account as if I was signing up as a new member. I had about 30 recipes and now there all gone. What a complete waste. I deserve a refund. Im not going to use an app that won’t save recipes for me. Also, you still receive ads if you pay for the pro version.
