Simply Sing won't connect to my internet, nor will it accept my email address. Also, when I get to the 'Hit those high notes' button it says 'Network unreachable'.
I installed app for the first time, created account using Google and I'm not able to even start the intro. One piano note is played and the screen become black. Only progress bar, 0/1 and big pause button. After pressing this button I can choose to play (no effects), restart (not even one note is played) and exit, which works as intended. I tryied stopping app, clearing cache and data, updating, uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing works. I have Android 9, Motorola E6. Simply Guitar works fine.
Okay whenever I finish a song, the screen is frozen and won’t let me press the button ‘done’. It won’t let me click replay or review either, and I have to restart the app and my progress gets reset. I downloaded the app two days ago, approximately.
Simply sing, isn’t allowing me to access any songs and I have to get premium
Just got the app and trying to go through the tutorial and it keeps crashing. Annoying as I can’t skip what I’ve already watched when it crashes right at the end or part way through.
I purchased simply sing premium, but when I run it and check my profile it still says “Go Premium” thinking I don’t have premium. Yet in settings Apple shows that I have paid for premium. What do I do?
I don’t know if it’s the app or the phone but the microphone won’t pick up my voice a lot of the time but the mic works fine in Snapchat so I don’t know how to fix it
I’ve completed all of the tasks but whenever I click on a song to sing, it says I need premium, what do I do as I don’t have the money to pay for premium?
Whenever I get to the screen where it says pick your favorite Music artists And I click continue or skip it freezes
After I go through a song, the app shows the results and then freezes and does not let me click Done to move on. Tried restarting app and it takes me back to the beginning.
We cannot download the app on either an Android phone or an ipad. We were able to download it on the iPad but it would never open
I used the Simply Sing app for the first time and sang the first song on my IPad. At it's conclusion, the system locked up. I tried exiting and reloading to no success. I powered the IPad down and restarted it but no success.
Hi there I have paid for the simply sing app but every time i try to open it up on my ipad, it crashes and closes. It is not working. Please advise what we can do or please give me back my money if the problem cannot be fixed. I only purchased this app a couple of weeks ago and I have not been able to use it at all. Thanks Darcey
Hi, I’ve been using the simply piano app for a while. I’ve downloaded the simply sing app yesterday but can’t open it at all. Any advise? Thank you!
Hello, I just downloaded the SimplySing app (included for free with my 3 months SimplyPiano membership). Unfortunately, I can't use it as the application video is larger than my IPad screen. Is there a way to adjust the screen format of the application? Thanks, Sylvie
