I got a charge on my Apple account for Remote for Vizio TV remote Vizio Yearly (Yearly) Renews Jan27,2024 ORDER ID - MXKW1X9814 DOCUMENT NO. 194626986405 PRICE $39.99 Tax 2.80 Total $42.79 I bought the Vizio TV in December 2022 and it has a remote. I did not order this yearly remote subscription. If I did I don't know when or how. I only found one app for Vizio on my tv and it says "free" . I would like to be refunded for this. I do not check my Apple purchases because I do not order anything on my iphone. I was notified this was being charged. I just happened to check purchases the other day and found this charge.

The first thing it does is make sure you get a 3 day trial but then you gotta pay however much per month after that. The thing is is that you can’t even make sure that it’s gonna attach to your tv before you say yes to the payment. Then while trying to contact someone on the app about it it won’t even let me press the send button after writing out my issues. Terrible app!!

There’s no option to manual enter information so my TV would not connect with app. I also tried to send a message through the app but the keyboard locks and the message can’t send. Poor design and a waste is money. I don’t even know how cancel the subscription! There’s no option for it and it keeps searching for a TV it can’t connect to.

if all the reviews don’t seem sketchy enough, take it from me that the app doesn’t even work. my remote broke last night, so I figured the app would be worth a try while waiting for a new one to come in. however, the app keeps saying my tv can’t connect.
