Tried several different songs, skits. All resulted with blurred mouth, you couldn’t even tell I was talking/singing. Just blurry around the mouth area and looked so terrible. I tried with several pictures. All full HD quality photos. All resulted in a blurry mess. Just unusable and not like they show. They show it’s clean crisp results with visible mouth and teeth. The results are nothing like this. Just advertising those nice results so you will download FaceDance to try to get you to buy and maybe watch a few ads during the process so they make a buck or two. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME.

UPDATED. The developer stated the update fixed the poor quality results however my review was on the new updated version. Results are NOT AS ADVERTISED. STAND BY MY ORIGINAL REVIEW. Do not waste your time. See the other reviews. I am not the only one saying it’s awful.

Even with the Pro Subscription and a high quality photo the result is terrible. The image gets blurred. The mouth is often placed in the wrong spot. The music ones are the worse as it looks like they use some photo editing functions like zoom and swirl to make your character move and it looks a mess. The ones that don’t move as much are better.
In the Pro section at this writing there are just 47 to choose from. Supposedly they are HD quality but result looks low quality.

It’s a really fun idea. Hopefully this company will step up their game and release great quality results.

I just want to say that this is one of the best app’s I have ever seen. I have so much fun using this on my family and friends! And so far everyone seems to love it like I do. I don’t have a clue how you came up with this, but I can tell you this, it’s number one in my book!

You would think an app that you need to pay to even try it out would live up to the hype of its adds. Sadly this is not the case. I tried multiple different songs with pictures of my son, myself and my wife. All of them resulted in distorted images and in the case of my sons pictures the animations added some grossly white and large teeth. I see adds with the same songs with none of these issues (teeth included). Really thinking of canceling the subscription

I think FaceDance is a cool idea, but to charge $32 a year for an app this limited is a lil too much.

What turned me off is that it’s limited to a selection, of songs that they have in their library. I would find FaceDance a lot more appealing if they allowed you to select music the way all the other video apps let you do and/or, upload your own music.

If FaceDance ever gets this feature I’d consider getting it again.

So not EVERY photo is gonna work with this, but that’s only because it needs to be a straight on head shot. It’d be cool if they found a way to make it work no matter what, but I still think it’s pretty hilarious for what it is!!!

The videos made in FaceDance look NOTHING like the quality in the ads. The ads feature photos that are in lock step with the music. The mouths shape the words realistically. In FaceDance , besides terribly low resolution output (even in pro version) the mouths and faces in general are so distorted that it’s ridiculous. In NO way does it even appear the head is singing/saying what you selected. Like a lot of apps these days, they put all of their money into advertising and not enough into software development. Easy delete and unsubscribe.

Best game ever it’s for free and everything and it’s so funny I can make my dad my brother me or my mom to any thing that I want to stranding the songs you even can do your favorites you might have to pay sometimes if you want extra good stuff for the ones with the crowns on them I said just get this game

Fun app BUT you either have to pay to use it or sit through 30 - 60 second immature ads everytime you make a clip.. Not the typical 5 second ads like other apps that you can click out of. This will make you watch a whole game being played for a full minute with no option to skip. Cool app but not worth the time or money. Uninstalled. Never trust apps you see ads for. Those ads cost money so there's always a catch.

Yes, I got the free trial. When I went to cancel it, FaceDance said to click on “manage” to cancel. I did that, then it told me it couldn’t connect. I tried again, but couldn’t get back to the “manage” button, and I was notified that I had a one year subscription!!! I emailed support, and haven’t heard back from them. FaceDance is fun, but I don’t recommend downloading unless you plan on paying for it. If it wasn’t for that, I would give 5 stars

Ten seconds into using it and am asked to write a review. These ten seconds are so much fun!! I’ve never had more fun in ten seconds since I was a teenager after prom. Just imagine what could happen if I was able to use it for twenty seconds!!!!

I’m going to get fired. I do 2 minutes of work, and then I make 4,000 this app videos. 🤣 And I’m using the free version! I can’t imagine how much time I’d waste if I had access to all of the options. Oy. Just download FaceDance . You need it.

I don’t ever write reviews but FaceDance is really good. I make lots of funny videos with it. But I think they should add some more like a trump this app which would be great, since it would look funny on a bobble head I have.

It’s a little complicated to walk through but once you get the hang of it - it’s great. I had the whole family, especially the kids, laughing their butts off. Now it’s addictive.

How can you access the one that is advertised with the whole group singing? I tried to use on a group but it only chose one person from the group

I have spent 6 hours laughing until I cry! This is hands down the best app of the year! How very refreshing to leave the stress of the world behind if only for a couple of hours! Thank you for this!

this app is an AMAZING game because you can prank your friends or just make anybody laugh!! I really think you should download this! Although, the face expressions aren’t that real but they still look good:)

I think it would be much better if we had it for free subscription no nothing so that we don’t have any more ads it would be much better

It’s a fun distraction app for about 15 seconds, which ironically is how long they make you wait to see every photo. Seriously, 15 seconds. Unless you want to spend 4 dollars a week to do it ad-free. High price pay for such a low-brow distraction. Good news is it took me way less than 15 seconds to delete it.

I feel like there could have been more videos to choose from and the quality is not great but it’s good for a laugh. I would consider coming back to check if the selections have gotten broader.

Cool idea and fun for a few minutes but the constant adds kill the fun for me. Deleted it after about 5 minutes because I was tired of sitting through adds constantly. Again cool idea but the constant ads ruin it some.

Tried FaceDance to do a few nostalgia videos but it is definitely not like the My Heritage app. It does weird things to people’s faces such as making lips huge and their eyes get really big when turning their heads. Not a fan if this aspect if FaceDance . If you are buying to make GIFs then it is probably really fun.

I recommend FaceDance for all those who need a good laugh or if you bored also you can do it to make fun of someone! There is A LOT of possibles

It won’t let me cancel! Stay away! Trying to click on their “Support ” icon to cancel subscription, and wouldn’t you know, it doesn’t work! They have you trapped! Do not sign up for the free trial because they’ll give you headaches and take your money, then maybe they’ll let you cancel?? Who knows. Very poor. Bait and switch!!

Not a lot of songs on here to choose from. The resolution of your own photos gets muddy in most cases, much better for their pre loaded images. Not worth the money for longer than a day.

It’s stated right in the description “free to try”. But only with a paid subscription, which obviously makes it not free at all. That alone made me delete FaceDance a few minutes after uploading it. Maybe it would be better stated to put “free to up/download” and save people the trouble.

FaceDance absolutely destroys the resolution and color quality of the image. I was hoping the new update would fix that but it just made it worse. Any new images are blue and super pixelated

If FaceDance cannot reproduce the quality in your samples, please contact me about a fix or full refund.

Great fun for all ages! Easy to do and so much fun for both myself and my 6 year old grandson!

Imagine a world where an app creator expects you to pay a monthly fee to do something as trivial as make yourself look like you’re singing some lame pop song.

Wish I could give zero stars to companies like this, take your ad revenue and go you little slime balls.

You only get a 3 day free trial, be sure to cancel, as I’m sure you’ll want to. They lure you in with clear and well edited animations, and what it actually does is nowhere near that. They are distorted, and monstrous looking. Waste of time and money (if you don’t cancel).

I don’t care what other people say but this is a good app.

My whole family loves FaceDance

Jittery animations that are often not in sync with the music, lack of expressive movement capabilities - often many songs are just tiny clips and not a selectable section of the song or part.

Just overall not worth the cost
