The Talking Tom does not work. Every time I turn it ON, it turns OFF after 3 seconds. The battery is fully charged after 12h charging. The App was fully reinstalled more than 3 times. When it connects to the App it shows that it is updating however it gives a message after 2 minutes that the Talking Tom has disconnected and is OFF. I try to reconnect and it starts all over again. I tried to Reset the unit however when it turns ON it says that it still updating and turns OFF after 3 seconds again. It is very annoying. My 5-year old son is extremely upset after waiting for more than 15 hours to play with toy and still can not play.

This app will not connect passed wifi. My husband emailed support and no answer back. Router shows it’s connected and getting internet so either Tom doesn’t work or it’s their servers. Very disappointed. My son was so excited to get it for his birthday. Haven’t connected once on multiple devices. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
